Said one forty nine a month even if you dosage change , my dosage didn't change , but yet they charge three ninety nine out of my bank. Single income i don't have that kind of money to spend tried to cancel it before it was even sent.Still didn't get my money back.This company is nothing but a scam.

Do not order from this company I placed a order and they were gonna send me the lowest dose not the one I am on currently I reached out to them for a refund and it's a pain to reach them for a answer.

Do not trust! Signed up for $99 monthly. And, was charged $299 after the first month.

I have been attempting to contact the company. I was told that I would know the cost of my next purchase before it was made. Not true. They have taken $349 from my account without notifying me. I had no idea there would be that high. I am awaiting a response to cancel and have my money refunded. Do far, nothing……. This company really is a scam!!! This company really is a scam!!! 6/15/26:UPDATE After contacting my bank, canceling my credit card, and many back and forth emails with embody, my full refund of $349 was deposited in my bank. I am so grateful that the bank encouraged me to cancel my credit card (we all know what a pain it is) I am glad I did. Yesterday I received an email from embody stating that they were unable to receive my payment as my card was declined. So even AFTER the company acknowledged my account was cancelled, they attempted to steal more money. Please heed this information. The company is a scam and the fraud team at my bank confirmed that!

The company is misleading in its advertising. Not informing you of the huge price increase. When I saw they had already charged me, I wrote in to cancel. Product had not been sent so I asked for money back. they offered several other options but I declined them. After all that, they sent the product anyway. Very disappointed in this company. I'd never deal with them again

I have waited 3 weeks for a provider review after being sent the wrong dosage of Tirzepitide. After repeated phone calls and emails all they can say is it is in review with the provider (who doesn’t respond)! They are terribly disorganised and non responsive! Shoddy service and non responsive! Go elsewhere! In response to your reply, it should not take three weeks for a provider to respond. I appreciate your gesture; but, no one should have to follow up as many times as I did and you need to have providers who respond without constant follow-up. We will see what happens in the future and I will update here.

Join EM or embody is a complete scam. They advertise $149. After you pay a page pops up that says future shipments are $299. I emailed them and then they told me future shipments are $399. I told them to cancel. They delay delay delay and then say they have shipped. Nothing they can do. It hasn’t shipped I checked with UPS. Declined with my bank credit card. Do not use this company. Complete scan.

Total Fraud!!! Don’t sign up! Went through everything and even told them my current dose of medication only for them to prescribe me different cheaper medication. Sent a message right away…got a message back saying it would be cancelled and sent back to the physician to order the right medication. Then I get a tracking number for the wrong prescription and absolutely zero responses to my cancellation requests! I have already reached out to my bank about this scam!!! Do not do business with this fraudulent scam!!
