I would like to acknowledge the Embody team for their exceptional performance and dedication on my behalf. I experienced an issue while starting my weight loss journey. I was never ignored and never felt alone. I had multiple team members sending messages and asking questions daily. Wow! This has not been the experience that I have had with another weight loss company that I had tried previously. I also received an email from a gentleman named Vince. Again,.. WOW! I explained my situation and this team member was extremely attentive. He checked in every day. He sent messages on my behalf to all the divisions that would have the proper answers. My issue was resolved quickly. Let me add,.. it was my own mistake, not theirs. I love Embody! Vince as well! Thank you to all ❤️

Provider was on time. Listened to me and explained everything thoroughly. Thank you!

I wasn't able to schedule an appointment online or get anyone to respond to my emails. I called the help line, and things finally began to happen. The registered nurse I spoke with was excellent!

I felt she explained and going to try her suggestions.
