Embody claims to be a Telehealth service where a doctor will evaluate your needs and prescribe medication. You are told that you will have support throughout your journey. Lies. I never spoke with or received communication from a medical doctor. I reached out for support, and haven’t hear anything back. I asked for medical advice from my provider, but was given none. I was afraid to begin the medication after reading the possible dangerous side effects on my prescription paperwork, and when I reached out for guidance, I was told to send pictures of my medication and they would send a reply telling me exactly how to administer the medication. No support or answers about my fears or my questions. I spent money on a false narrative that was sold to me via Facebook. My bad for trusting FB and Embody. Never again.

Starting a new medication should come with answers, not more questions. We're sorry to hear your experience left you feeling unsupported. Licensed medical providers review each patient's information and determine the appropriate treatment plan, and a live consultation may or may not be required based on clinical judgment. We understand, however, that you were looking for more guidance before starting your medication.
