Don't give them your money!!! I paid for a 3 month prescription. After days of emails, texts and phone calls. They kept making excuses as to why I didn't receive my prescription and couldn't issue a refund. No refund policy even when they tell you that you can't get a prescription. I'm sure they are a scam company.

Nothing went wrong with the dr .. u have the worst customer service they dont resolve ur problem they tell u what you want to hear and the problem continues

Embody will reply to these complaints. They will reply to emails occasionally and they will continually tell you that they are “working on a resolution “ and “we don’t run our company like this”. What they won’t tell you is they have a system in place to stall any resolution to complaints. Countless emails claiming they are “working on a refund” only to never hear anything about the actual refund. Arguing that incorrect, warm medication was already sent so even if it’s unsafe or unusable you’re paying for it regardless and just accept that fact. They won’t do anything to make it right. They talk a fancy talk but they don’t care once they get your money and their system is set up to run you around in circles while they sit back and count the dollars rolling in. They openly stated in an email not to take the medication that I was sent. Next email say no refunds bc we sent you the product! Now I’m stuck with an extremely unsafe, unusable product and no refund. This company is the absolute worst.

Embody started with an A+. I’m an RN and have been on Tirzepitide for 3 years off and on for maintenance. Embody gave me my requested dose, 11.25-11.75mg using 65 units weekly. The second dosing was decreased to 5mg with 45 units weekly. It’s taken 2 weeks to get a text message stating that was the provider’s decision. Provider didn’t talk to me for 1 minutes. That dose won’t do anything for me and I paid $129. They won’t refund me and they won’t send me the correct dose. They won’t even call me. I’m a life long customer if these online companies will just be fair and honest and do the right thing. Customer service terrible. Order was wrong, and shipping is slow.

Seriously, I can’t believe what happened. They advertise that you can cancel your subscription at any time, but apparently, they can also re-subscribe you without your knowledge or authorization. I woke up to an email saying that my medication had been approved and shipped. I was completely puzzled because I had already canceled my subscription. I checked my credit card, and YES — I was charged again even though I had canceled. I then logged into my Embody account and discovered that my subscription had apparently been reactivated without my knowledge or authorization. I did not request it, approve it, or give permission for them to restart my subscription and charge my card. This is extremely concerning and, in my opinion, completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to constantly monitor their accounts and credit cards to make sure a company isn't reactivating a subscription they already canceled. This feels incredibly shady, and I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and taking whatever additional steps are necessary to address the unauthorized charge and subscription.

UPDATE — October 8, 2026 I want to provide an update to my original review of Embody. After six weeks of repeated communications, follow-ups, and assurances that my missing medication would be shipped, I finally received the replacement medication yesterday, October 7, 2026. I appreciate that Embody ultimately fulfilled its obligation and delivered the medication I had already paid for. However, I am leaving my original review and rating unchanged because the eventual delivery does not erase the experience that led me to write it. Six weeks is an unreasonable amount of time for a customer to wait for prescription medication that has already been paid for, particularly when treatment depends on maintaining a consistent schedule. Throughout this process, I spent considerable time contacting customer support, following up on promises, and trying to resolve a problem that should never have required this level of effort. I believe it is important to acknowledge when a company finally makes things right. But I also believe consumers deserve to know what it took to get there. The medication was eventually delivered. The customer service experience remains unchanged. My original review stands as an accurate account of what I experienced. Dennis Lain

I’ve been trying to get my refund since September 11th. They sent the wrong medication and would not resolve this. I’ve been dealing with them for 2 months. All I get is the same answer every time I will talk to my team and update you. Their excuse is they can’t give me my refund because I no longer have the card that I had on file with them because of a fraud situation with that card. So they are telling me they can’t send a check or put it on a different card. Meanwhile they keep trying to take more money out of that card that had the fraud on, even when I have canceled my subscription with them but they have tried 10 times to get more money. I’ve even told them to send the correct medication and they won’t do that either.
