The nurse called on time, spoke clearly, answered my questions and helped with my concern promptly. It was a very easy and convenient experience.

My phone call was 20 minutes late due to my consultant being very thorough. Please give them 10 minutes between appointments so the consultants have more time for their patients.

Knowledgeable provider and helped me understand prescription strengths that I’m currently on. Tom was very good at helping understand the meds I’m currently on and guided me through the process of moving on to the next steps to switch to my new prescription and plan.

The provider listened to my concerns. She explained my care plan fully. I had a good outcome and am looking forward to to adjusting my journey as suggested.

My visit was excellent. My phone messed up when I was trying to set up for my zoom call and the representative from Embody contacted me. She asked if it were alright to just do our visit via phone call. She asked simple questions that were easy to answer and she explained everything clearly and in detail to me.

My experience with Embody has been very positive. The clinicians are very informative, patient and personable.My weight loss journey has been pleasant and I look forward to reaching my weight loss goals.
