I ordered and received my med but the prescription said start at 5 yet a rep said 25. I asked thru the portal which dose to use and no answer back. Im having 2nd thoughts about even starting w this company. They dont seem to respond back. The 1 response I got sounded automated and didnt answer my question. Just confused me more.

I joined him body on June 30 took a dose of my previous medication that I got from my previous company two days later on the date that I was supposed to take my dose got deathly ill for three days. Contacted embody before the shipment ever shipped from the pharmacy to cancel. It was told that I could not cancel We the pharmacy. Got the runaround for the next four days until I received an email stating that the shipment shipped. Not happy with customer service due to the fact that nobody is understanding that I now have a medication that I cannot use because it made me definitely ill second because I tried to cancel it before it shipped and nobody was listening yet again and third they will not refund my money because I received the medication. I’ll be happy to send it back. It has not been opened but now I’m stuck paying $129 for something that I’m never gonna use because I’m afraid to use it and get deathly ill for 3 to 4 more days when I’ve got people to take care of and worked to go to. So yes, when I recommend embody, most likely know, I would not recommend it to anybody that I know because customer service send you messages at 4 AM or midnight or 354 in the morning when you’re sleeping and you don’t get the message until the very next day. My biggest concern is the fact that customer service doesn’t read your messages when you’re specifying you want to cancel before it ships so that you can get your refund and they refuse to do it that’s not customer service sorry not sorry!

I was told, through texts, by two different reps that the prescribing doctor would take into account that I've been on a GLP1 for the prior 7 months at 100 unit of the 2.5 and haven't lost any weight for the last 3 of those months. I explained my dosage prescribed by my endocrinologist. Both reps advised that I put that info on my intake form and that the Dr would make adjustments accordingly. I received the rx with 3 tiny vials saying to inject 50 units of the 2.5 weekly. Obviously that is not going to work for me. That is half the amount I have been taking, without successful weight loss. I reached out and spoke with the nurse Kristen at Embody. She assured me that she would contact the doctor and that they would get ahold of me and make the needed adjustment to the prescription. That was 3 days ago and I still haven't heard anything back from anyone. So it looks like I have wasted money on 3 months worth of medication for nothing.
