Just little work to be sure the client understands the refill program so you don't miss a dose. Early E Mails & text would be helpful. It takes longer to get you med's so we need to do everything early. Everyone has been helpful and kind. The nurse practicer was today was more than great and helpful. Thank You, Donna Hunt

Answered my questions and explained it

I think the video call schedules are so helpful. I’ve only had one but he was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was referred to your company after starting with another one 3 months ago. I made the right decision. I get an e-mail daily about the order/pharmacy. Yesterday I couldn’t get the call working. I sent an e-mail and someone e-mailed me back right away and figured out the problem. I absolutely appreciate how it feels as a customer to not have to wait 5 days for a response.
