I appreciate that I could call somebody directly to ask my questions too, and they were fairly prompt in getting me an appointment with the provider.

Alicia was informative, answered my questions, gave me some options and I went with her recommendations.

Had a little trouble getting scheduled and having the provider actually join the first appointment call. But, if available appointments are further off that you want, call the customer support number. Instead of 6 days for my first appointment, I had it in less than 24 hours. Once we both got on the appointment call, the provider was awesome. Very detailed in his questions to me and his answers to my questions as well as some great info to help me feel secure in this new journey.

Regina was awesome. My connection was not working so she called me and explained the whole process to me.

I felt heard and understood about my concern. My provider gave me clarity for my future care needs.
