I never even received my order and on top of that I had the apartment manager check everywhere, still nothing. So the medication has surely gone bad , it “arrived” the 3rd of July and it is the 11th.

I would just use a more reputable company. These guys took forever to reach out to me. So long infact that I had decided to cancel and try somewhere else. When I sent the cancelation email I recieved a reply within hours from a doctor. They asked if I wanted to continue but I still had a few questions to ask before deciding if I would stay or not. Before I confirmed my decision and before the conversation was even over they sent a message saying I had been approved and the meds would be ordered. I didn't love that. I got an email saying they would let me know when the meds were on the way. It's been a whole week since then and now im getting an email asking me to rate them and "hoping I feel a difference by now"... I should've gone with a more reputable place. The price isn't worth it. Im going to try and cancel but ive seen horrible reviews from people who try to cancel after they have been approved. Its overall been a blah experience. If its the price attracting you to this place I get it but be prepared for horrible and slow communication. They dont even have a patient portal for me to log into? It seems all the communication is through email. If you are still thinking of trying embody after the many bad reviews like I was, good luck sailor🫡 sometimes we gotta learn from making the mistake ourselves.

I paid for a 1 month subscription and only received a 1 week supply. The phone numbers were unreachable and no one has responded to the emails I sent.

I asked for my money back for multiple reasons and have been ignored absolutely terrible customer service and if I don’t get my money back because I have not received the products and I will not be receiving the product there will be a big issue. Not only did I go through purchase. Everything was told it wasn’t going to take three weeks to get. It was told it was going to be as soon as it was approved ship within 1 to 2 days which it did not and now suddenly I can’t go to a PO Box. If you can’t trip there, you should’ve blocked it when filling out the shipping address now give me my money back before I report this the BBB.

I just joined this company. My money was withdraw for my bank account the same day. I went to the portal to follow up and found out that I needed to have an appointment. I was advised that someone would reach out to me. No one ever did I called in to check on the status of my account and there was an hour wait time so I requested a call back. I finally received a call back and was told that I couldn’t be scheduled with a provider for two weeks, even though my money was withdrawn upon signing up. I demanded to be scheduled sooner since they already took my money and was advised someone would call me back within 24 hours. I still have yet to hear anything. I finally received an email stating that I could click on the link provided to schedule a video appointment but when I clicked on the link it took me to a website that would not let me establish a new account. It kept saying it was sending a link to my email with instructions, but when I would go back to try to login with the code that was provided it would not let me. I ended up calling back again just to be informed that there was now a two hour wait. 2 hours passed and I still never received a call back. Not sure this is a legit company at this point. Wish me luck.
