Well, when I contacted Embody I thought their customer service was top notch. As for the medication itself, I was disappointed in the dosage. To continue to be a customer I'm going to have to have a bigger dose next time.

When I first reached out to the company, the immediate response was reassuring. I don't know if Sarah is a real person or a chatbot, but my questions were answered to my satisfaction. It baffled me, though, that my card was charged BEFORE the doctor's review and approval, but oh well, I was eventually approved. The meds arrived 4 days later-the ice nearly melted, but I think they were still safe. On the sales side, the company goes after it, but once you get your shots, it gets pretty quiet. Reaching out via text afterward would show the same level of enthusiasm and commitment to customer care. Since I've microdosed only one time, I can't speak for results yet. For my sake and many who have jumped at this seemingly great deal, I pray this company is legit.

Medicine took a week from time of purchase to arrive. Been on it 1 week and have not seen any results, just extreme nausea and constipation.

Didn’t receive the syringes with my medication. Customer service assisted then the syringe delivery was delayed and took another 3 days.

Still waiting for product. Would be better to be notified that it will take 11-14 days 7/22/26

It is taking much longer for me to receive my medication. I was expecting it much sooner however, I will let you know how it goes after I receive it.

I feel like the dose is not strong enough, I was previously taking 50 units of 7.5mg tirzepatide from a different company and you guys send me 25 units of 8.5mg and I'm very hungry all the time. I'm hoping next month's dose is stronger, this one seems very diluted.
