I had a wonderful experience with my account manager Patrick. I had been having issues with mine and my husband’s account but Patrick took on the responsibility to make things right. He worked with me sometimes everyday to correct some of the issues we were having and I appreciate that he was always available and if not he would respond in a timely manner. I’m am happy that I signed up for the 3month program. It is reassuring to know that I have a “go to” person. Angelie immediately reached out to me as soon as I upgraded. She called me and texted me. She showed genuine interest in my progress and if I was having any issues. I know I can count on her whenever needed.
