This is my first refill experience. So far everything has gone OK. However I did start the initial request for a refill on September 5 and it has taken 11 days to complete this process to get a refill. I think that’s excessive but I am new to this program so that may be normal. It’s not been quite two hours since my appointment call and I received several follow up emails and I am just waiting to see when my medication will be shipped. Overall I am not unhappy with the program I just wish that things progressed quicker than they have.

Lyka is my go to person. She answers all of my questions clearly. It helps me with my process as I am only in my third week. She helps me not get anxiety while understanding that process. Embody company thus far appears to be a legit and honest company. A big thank you!!

It was an experience on how it work, easy to understand, but need to read through out ur messages and follow steps. Most important, if you got confuse, please do not hesitate to ask question. and email to ur provider, or Embody cares services.

My experience has been wonderful!!! My contact from Embody ( Adrian ) has been so helpful and attentive! I’m on week 5 and have lost 10lbs and I feel amazing 😊 The customer service, ordering and delivery are also very helpful! I can check everything on my portal!!!
