Received medication in a container that had a warm gel pack in it. Everything was warm and had moisture on it. They add B12 to their formula so it turns reddish and I wasn't able to check it for clouding or haziness. I didnt feel safe using it. I sent them pictures of everything upon delivery. I contacted customer service and told them my concerns. I just wanted the shipment replaced. They insisted it was fine for 72 hours in temperatures up to 103 degrees. I told them again that I didnt feel safe with his bottle especially since I couldn't examine the medication for clarity issues. They insisted it was fine even though I did not feel safe with it and would not replace it. I have learned that you should always check the clarity of the medication if you have any questions on its condition. What are they hiding with the B12 coloring?

We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand why you were concerned. We know how unsettling it is to receive a temperature-sensitive medication and have questions about its condition upon arrival. We also understand your concern about not being able to visually assess the medication as you expected. Patient safety is incredibly important, and we never want anyone to feel uncertain about using their treatment. We've continued to strengthen our shipping, communication, and support processes, but it's clear we missed the mark here. Please reach out to our support team again and ask to speak with a manager so we can review your shipment, your concerns, and the guidance you received, and work toward an appropriate resolution. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
