Warning: Lack of Transparency and Ineffective Delivery Methods I am sharing my experience to help other consumers make an informed decision before purchasing from this company. First, there is a concerning lack of transparency regarding their ingredients. I discovered that their compounded GLP-1 is mixed with Vitamin B12—a detail they failed to disclose upfront. This is highly concerning, especially since Eli Lilly has issued warnings regarding potential patient safety risks associated with compounding GLP-1s with B12. Second, the medication was originally sold to me in a gum format. After doing some basic research, I learned that GLP-1 molecules are biologically too large to be effectively absorbed through gum. Tellingly, the company has since removed the gum option from their website, which feels like an admission that the product was not viable. Despite these clear safety and efficacy issues, customer service refused to issue a refund. Instead, they told me they would only consider a refund if I subscribed to their more expensive injection plan. I strongly recommend doing thorough research and looking elsewhere for a provider that prioritizes patient safety, scientific efficacy, and fair refund policies.

They take forever to respond and I have yet to recieve my first medication. It's been 10 days since my purchase. I would like my money back.

My order hasn't even shipped and it's been 10 days since I purchased it on the 5th. I have written a couple times because I am due for my shot today. No one has answered since I emailed yesterday and it's after 5:00pm. I really want to be able to give 5 stars
