I ordered on 7/6. I dont know where the patient portal is, and have tried looking for it or how to find it and still cant. Also the medication now cant be shipped from one pharmacy and now has to be sent from another. There is no communication. So the experience ordering from this company has not been great.

Customer service is absolute garbage. They don’t listen. They don’t reference the intake forms. They are all around hassle to deal with. There are better companies to deal with. The only way to contact them is through email or the portal which is the same thing and it takes 3-4 days between each message. Don’t waste your time or money!
