⭐ One star because zero isn’t an option. Embody was quick to take my money. Apparently, that’s the only speedy part of this service. I ordered October 6, and I keep getting automated emails saying my order is “processing.” Their website advertises speedy shipping and delivery, but customer service now tells me getting my medication can take up to FOUR WEEKS. That timeline should be clearly disclosed BEFORE payment—not revealed afterward while customers chase answers. Customer service is basically a copy-and-paste machine: “processing,” “7–10 days,” and “we know it’s frustrating.” I explicitly told them the delay could cause me to miss my weekly dose. Their response? A generic acknowledgment with no solution. A professionally worded “sucks to be you” is still “sucks to be you.” This is medication. People need an honest timeline and actual assistance—not an endless email loop after you’ve collected their money. If you can’t deliver the speed you advertise, fix your advertising. If your customer service can’t do anything beyond repeat “processing,” stop pretending it’s support. My experience has been misleading, dismissive, and an absolute waste of time. Get your shit together, Embody.
