I have been incredibly skeptical with all online medication companies. When I received my medication, I thought the video for injections was less than helpful, but there is so much content out there that I wasn't too bothered by it. It did leave me to believe you get what you pay for. However... I have been taking this for about 2 months and have been pleasantly surprised by the representatives I have come into contact with. When I was worried that my next vial would come too late I reluctantly used the chat window on the site. To my complete surprise, my medication was truly given priority and mailed to me within the window they stated. In fact, to my even more surprise, I received a call from a nurse that next week to check on my progress. She gave tips, and was incredibly real. Still wanting to encourage I am making a successful lifestyle change, I made an appointment with a coach. Let's be honest: I expected a call center robot or robotic human with very little interaction. I figured even if it was a real medical person, that they would just use a preapproved script. However, once again, I underestimated my experience. Stephanie was my coach, and I can not say enough good things about the interaction. She listened, she was real, and genuine. When it came time to ensure I am making goals that are realistic and having accountability, I expected that the next session would be a few months later with a random person checking in. Nope. She made an appointment for the following month before our visit was over and with her. While the visit was short, the interaction was meaningful and incredibly helpful. I am glad that this online company has real people engaging with real people. I can't say the same for many of the interactions I have with my insurance. Anyways, I am writing this so that if someone is on the fence about enrolling with this company- perhaps my words will be the encouragement you are looking for. I am also hoping that MANY gold stars, bonuses, and accolades find Stephanie!! To any higher ups within this company: People like her are the reason that any company can have success. I am very grateful.

My experience was amazing. She actually called me back when I had an issue I had to handle! She explained BMI limits and how important it was that we watch how fast or slow I lose. I feel taken care of and that’s a first after working with many other companies.

The intake interviewer was very nice and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions. It was done quickly and with ease.
