Placed an order over a week ago. Money was taken in full immediately. Still have no ETA seven days later when I can expect the product. Requesting cancellation and refund at this point, they responded cannot refund. Needless to say I will hire legal counsel. I will not be scammed- Embody picked the wrong person . I will be posting all over FB, Instagram & Tik Tok.

Was going from one company to this one. After sending all the information they requested, I had to rea h out to them to see what was needed next. Then was told I had to set up an appointment, which I had no problem doing. But still waiting for someone to contact me. Not happy with any of this process.

Never received anything from them was sat up 4 different times to do zoom with the provider and nobody ever logged on and received emails all 4 times saying I was absent from the videos

Terrible customer service. My medication was approved last week and I still don’t have a tracking number or any status on the shipping. I have called in 5 times and each time I call in I am told the medication is still at the pharmacy and that a provider will call me to follow up and that hasn’t happened. They don’t seem legitimate and I am pretty sure they are not sending me anything even though they already charged me.
