Don't use this company
Don't use this company. They charged my credit card the day I filled the questions and did not tell me. Since I told them I am going in a different direction, I haven't gotten a response to refund my money. I am filing a dispute with my credit card which is an inconvenience. How can a company charge your credit card when you're not even approved with them. Buyer beware.

If a patient is not approved for treatment, that authorization is automatically released and refunded. We understand that this process may not have been as clear as it should have been.
