Provider was amazing! Communication about steps to get started were very lacking. All communication made it seem like I didn’t need to do anything more but after waiting a week after my account was debited I reached out to support and come to find out I needed to set up a virtual appointment, that was not communicated anywhere in the emails or my portal.

See update below…..Original review: Total scam. Ordered GLP-1 and it was approved on 7/29/2026. Was supposed to get it immediately. On 8/4/2026 I called to cancel and was told it had never been filled or shipped. I asked for refund as I had decided to go with NOOM which is more expensive but fast and accurate (I used them previously and switched to save money-big mistake!). They agreed I had terrible customer service but refused to refund even tho the product has not been filled or shipped. They said they will cancel my subscription but will not refund my money even though the mistake is on their part. Total scam. Buyer beware. Update 8/17/2026: they refunded my money and so I’m updating this to reflect that. They originally refused to refund, but changed their minds after I contacted my credit card company and wrote this review. Changed from 1 star to 3 stars to be fair. I’d still be very careful dealing with this company.

Quick and easy, good price but could be better. Starting this process was quick and easy, but the portal could be better, it would be great if you understood the compound differences, maybe talk to someone who spoke clear English, understand your plan better, see what your options are to change once you get started. I’m coming up on my 4th week and not sure of the renewal process and I hate having to schedule an apt to ask a simple question. I guess I’ll wait and see what happens.
