The only issue is I ask for help to get nausea medicine to have it on hand and I had a previous appointment with a nurse that said she was going to send nausea to my pharmacy . When I didn't show up I checked back 2 times and both gentlemen said it was there but it hadn't been put through. Then I checked back the third time and was asked if I paid for it and I said no it was supposed to be sent to my pharmacy and then the gentleman said that the couldn't prescribe it for me and I had to go through my doctor. Then I talked to another nurse and she said it was sent but it doesn't show where it was sent and she made note of this. So I did after a lots of back and forth with my doctor's nurse and finally I was told I needed to go to walk in to get it. That I had a nurse that was on call at my clinic and she called in a prescription for the nausea medicine at my pharmacy so I did get it but I did not get it from you guys. I'm not had anyone be rude and I've gotten my medicine right away and I started it the only problem I had was trying to get someone to find out where that prescription went and why it wasn't sent to my pharmacy and how it long it took for someone to tell me that for some reason I was supposed to pay for it ahead of time or that it was my doctor that was supposed to do it. Otherwise everyone was nice to me and I got my GLP right away. The nurses where very nice and the last nurse I talked to told me she put a order in to have they find this prescription that they supposably sent off but we don't know where.

I’m actually rating a little higher than I should. Prior to joining your company I was using someone else. I never (in 6 mos) experienced any problems other than the cost being pretty high. In my personal opinion, I think you should require an intake form every month instead of every 3 mos. This keeps you and the patient accountable. After requesting a call from the provider I have been told that I missed the appointment when I sat by phone the entire time. This has happened on numerous occasions . In addition, I called about my medication being decreased and was told I was responsible for my own doses. This doesn’t really make sense. It makes it quite confusing in administering your medication and knowing how much when decreasing and increasing. Obviously, if I’m decreasing, I won’t need as much and would have some left over. I don’t want to order more for the next month if I have some left order. I personally do not agree that the patient should have to be responsible for their dosage, there’s not enough information provided. In addition, not in my case, but many others I have referred, they’re not getting their medications on time. I’m not sure if this is a newer company, but everyone I’ve spoken with has experienced a problem in one way or another.

Dane is wonderful and accurately answered all of my questions. The shipping process was delayed on my first shipment, but Dane assured me that wasn’t the case with this current shipment.

I've lost 11lbs in 2 months. I requested a dosage increase, that was accepted by the provider. I do have a VIP care coach, Percy, he has really turned my experience around. Otherwise, I would've canceled my subscription. I hate waiting on hold & call centers.
