Beware!
Embody has a great compounded glp-1 program but beware of ordering their new products such as NAD and MIC-B12. I purchased their MIC-B12 last month and have had the most frustrating experience possible. Order kept 'pending review' even though I had received a message stating it had been approved. After multiple calls to customer service reps who were very nice but totally clueless, I finally obtained an appointment with a clinician. After that appointment I received a bottle of something that looked nothing like the product on their website and did not indicate MIC-B12 anywhere on the label or enclosed paperwork. Many more calls got me zero explanation. It is now time for my next shipment of MIC-B12 and no one can tell me if I'm actually going to receive it. Their patient portal is useless - apparently seldom or never updated with corrected information. I am very frustrated and feel they have now vastly oversold their ability to offer quality service. Very disappointing.
