Please do not purchase from Embody !!!!!! You will regret it !!!!!!!!!!!!! If you are on a semiglutide or Tirzepatide weight loss plan , you will be putting yourself at risk because it will take you weeks to have the medication delivered . You may not even receive the medication .. i decided to stop waiting on them ordered through Yucca Health just 3 days ago and tomorrow my medication is being delivered .

I jointed Sept 30th. Still no medication or any indications of when I will get it. Another payment due in 6 days. Not a reliable company in my opinion.

Minus 5 stars As I continue to call and email to the fully unhelpful and incompetent customer service. Unbelievable A comedy of errors? Or are they just lying, I can't quite tell. The customer service just apologizes over and over and says the same thing over and over tells me that somebody will call me back in 48 to 72 hours now we're at third time of "escalation" Every single email I have sent has gone unanswered It's a joke. Just call your bank And I can't wait to get the AI response to this complaint that will lead to absolutely nowhere.

This is my 2nd review! It has officially been a month since I paid for my prescription and I still haven’t received it. I have reached out to customer service countless times and still no medicine and no refund. I ultimately had to cancel my subscription and will be reporting this company to the better business bureau. It is a complete scam and its practices are highly illegal. You can NOT take money for a service and NOT provide said service.

As I was talking to an embody representative and realizing she wasn’t going to be able to help me I ran to the reviews to see everyone having the same issue , late medication and lies about receiving phone calls also I was sent the wrong dosage. I do not recommend them I actually would like my money back to find a more ORGANIZED COMPANY WHO ACTUALLY CARES . I’ll be canceling my subscription immediately.

The absolute worst! First shipment went out right away then for the second month they took my money and never sent it out. Then they told me since it had been so long (entirely on them!) I had to set up another appointment with another provider and the first available is over two weeks away. It’s just insane. Scam!!!!

Embody advertises 24/7 support. My experience has been repeated acknowledgments and escalation promises without the substantive follow-through I needed. After medication doses obtained through the service, I experienced repeated episodes of severe vomiting and diarrhea. I reported those concerns and asked for answers and a refund. Their response acknowledged my symptoms and the missing follow-up, denied the refund, and offered to arrange a nurse appointment. I had already spoken with a nurse who told me the concern was escalated and that I should receive an answer on October 23. Being able to contact support is not the same as receiving meaningful support. When a patient reports a medication concern, they need a clear response, a responsible clinician and someone who follows the case through, not another trip around the same loop. I am asking Embody and its clinical-support partners for a documented review, a named person responsible for my case and a substantive reconsideration of the refund decision. I am not claiming that a defective product has been proven. I am describing what happened to me and the failure to resolve my concerns. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the service. I intend to document the matter with the appropriate consumer-protection and healthcare oversight organizations. Patients deserve more than reassuring advertising and generic replies.

This company twice made errors in the GLP-1 prescription they sent me. They acknowledged the errors but despite multiple phone calls and chats (with bots?) they did not send the correct dosage nor did they offer a refund or credit for basically useless meds. Promised return calls from a manager never happened. A horrible experience from day one.
