Erin knew exactly what to do in my case. My vial arrived warm and she said it could not arrive warm, when your team member told me it was ok to use it. So there needs to be some re-education on this matter. I was so thankful to talk to someone who gave me clear and correct information.

Jayvee is fantastic!!! He followed up with me multiple times when he saw that my account needed attention. I appreciate that so much with my busy lifestyle the multiple touches made it so we were able to connect. Had he not done that I would have prob not connected with anyone for weeks until I remembered to check in myself. Additionally, once we got on the phone to chat he answered all of my questions and even scheduled my appointment for me because it wasn’t working on my end. He is very friendly and warm but also knowledgeable and professional, the perfect combo for this type of situation. I feel so much more prepared for this journey having Jayvee in my corner.
