I keep being told you’ll call in 24 to 48 hours. You never do. I have to call you. I’m still waiting to get approved and get my first dose. It’s been two weeks you took my money and now nothing‘s happening.

I signed up for Embody on Saturday July 11th. I’ve done a full round of tirzepatide in 2025 with my private practitioner and restarted in May of 2026. I was up to on 5mg of tirzepatide. I decided to try embody to save money. The sign up page indicated I would would be provided the next dosage of 7.5 mg. I did sign up for the $129 monthly plan. The practitioner ignored my request to move up, and did not request that I provide a proof of medication. She just wrote the prescription for 4.25 mg, less than my current 5mg dosage. After calling, I was told by support they would cancel the shipment and I would receive a call within 24 hours from the provider. No call and the current dosage shipped. I called back and canceled and demanded a refund. They would not refund my money despite all the deception. It also took well over a week to hear back from support via email. The good news is I documented everything. I saved the initial sign up page to PDF. I saved the weight management encounter and the MWL initial documents. I also signed up with a virtual card that I’ve now canceled. I recorded all customer support calls. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company with all the information.

Poor communication and service. I signed up and got a confirmation but never a follow up for next steps. Customer service over the phone was difficult, slow, and wrong. They scheduled appointments and then I would get confirmations for different days and times than I was told. When I finally got an appt, I spent an hour waiting without ever getting a provider to show up. Cancelled without getting service

First they processed my tirzepetide without any convo with their doc, and they sent the wrong dose. Then they blamed me because I did not upload my old Zepbound prescription which was not asked during their intake process. How is a patient supposed to know they require it? So then they want to schedule the televisit and promised it will happen in 24 hours, but of course it happened 3 days after. The link for televisit was sent but guess what, the doc didn’t use the link and just called me on my number. Then they emailed and asked again if I wanted to fill it. Uh yes. And it has been more than 2 business days and there’s no tracking number. I called but their customer service rep does not want to listen and promised the tracking number will be sent in 24 hours. She said if I cancel now, there’s no refund for what I already paid despite not receiving anything correctly. This is my last straw and I will never ever subscribe to this company ever again.

My box arrived empty with no meds in it. I thought the syringes were preloaded. I had to dig through the trash can out side to find the bag the box was shipped in (ew gross) to send photo proof of what came in my box. I sent everything to customer service 4 days ago when I realized what happened and I still havent received an email or a phone call about when I’m either going to be refunded or sent a new medication

Got billed for the wrong meds- refunded and recharged a few times…no meds here even though they say I received them. It’s been a mess- bottom line is I’ve been billed and received nothing. Full on scam.

Embody is one of the worse companies I’ve dealt with. I ordered tirzepatide and requested 15 mg. I was sent 4.25 mg which is a much lower dosage than I’m currently on. I constantly requested to speak with a nurse and after 8 days one finally contacted me. By the time she reached out, I had already received the incorrect dosage. I’m still waiting for a call from a manager to try and assist me in correcting this issue. I would never recommend Embody to anyone. I sent various emails, texts, and called and nothing was corrected. I wasted $129 on something I can’t even use.
