Meds weren’t sent at once. Payment was taken swiftly but I had to send in repeated surveys. Literally answering the same thing over and over for each med. If it’s the same company, one form should suffice. I had to reach out multiple times to get it resolved and I still haven’t received all the meds I paid for.

Incorrect pricing. Refund promised but never hit my credit card. Was charged $299. Later saw ads for as low as $119. Still dealing with them to get this corrected but would never go this route again.

Switched to this company after having bad customer service from another mail order prescription place and this is no better. On 7/1 filled out for Tirzepatide and stated that I had already been on the injections and was at the 7.5 level. I got a quick approval but it was to start back over at the lowest dosage. I sent a message along with copies of my current prescription level on 7/3. After sending several messages I finally got a response back on 7/12 saying I was approved for the higher level and once it ships i would be notified. On 7/15 I had to send another message with any updates and finally 7/17 got a response saying sorry for delay but payment did not go through. I did have a credit card payment pending but was cancelled due to all the delays. I told them to recharge credit card on file, which they did. Finally 7/18 got message saying now in process but when I look at what is being processed it is the level 1 starting at the 2.5 which still has not even shipped. Now 3 weeks later 7/21 still nothing shipped and I dont even know what level I am getting.

They sent me semaglutide when I had paid for tirzepatide. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone for 2 days, sent emails, no reply. Finally spoke with someone in support, they denied that they sent the semaglutide to my home Who else would have? Denied working with the pharmacy that sent it Just everything instead of acknowledging that they made a mistake and sent the wrong med. I had an account both me and my daughter, canceled both.I forgot to add that the vial they sent me on July 9th, had a label on it that said DO MOT USE AFTER JUNE 30!!! Rip -off

Absolute scam. I paid the amount required, submitted proof of my current medication and they still sent me the lowest dose after i verified i had been on GLP1 meds for a year. Customer service said there is nothing they can do and they will not refund me. They also said they will not make it right by sending the correct meds or dosage until my monthly review.
