I signed up to start with Embody on Saturday, July 18th, 2026. I put my info in, and after I did, I decided that I might not want to "guess" at a dosage, since all compounds are formulated differently. I have been on GLP-1 compounds for 2-1/2 years. After I placed the order, I immediately called the Embody number (within 5 minutes) and spoke with a gentleman from another country. He told me that the order had already been placed. I told him I just hit submit 5 minutes ago online and that he should put me in touch with a nurse so I could talk over my concerns with the starting dosage. He told me that there was no way for him to transfer me and that someone would call me in 24-48 hours. I told him that my meds should NOT BE FILLED until I spoke with a nurse to see if I should start on the 7.5 or the 10 mg dosage. This gentleman also told me that there wasn't anyone else I could speak with - not even a supervisor- but he would escalate the matter. I emailed Embody over the last 6 days, only to receive emails saying someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours. No one has called me in 6 days. Guess what showed up yesterday? The 10 mg. meds at my front door. They proceeded to charge my card and fill the prescription without doing what I asked. I have to say I have never seen anything like this -ever! I am still in shock that they shipped against my will and have not had one person reach out to me. I have been with at least 3 companies in the last 2-1/2 years and have never had one treat a customer like this. I do not know what to do at this point. If I start these meds and they aren't right for me, then what? I do not know if I will start the meds or just fight for a refund. I am really at a loss right now. CUSTOMER SERVICE NON-EXISTENT AT EMBODY! SHIPPING DRUGS WITHOUT ANY COUNSELING- DANGEROUS!

Hi Lee, We're very sorry to hear about your experience and understand why this was so frustrating. Medication dosing is determined by a licensed provider based on your medical history and clinical judgment, and we understand why you wanted to discuss your treatment plan before your prescription was filled. We're also sorry you didn't receive the follow up you were expecting after reaching out multiple times. We've continued to strengthen our communication and support processes, but it's clear we missed the mark here. Please reach out to our support team again and ask to speak with a manager so we can review your account, discuss your prescribed dosage, and help address your remaining concerns. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
