So far, I’m having a positive experience on my third month. Customer and Provider have been understanding of all my issues great. Customer service is a bit slow, but they do get back to you within a day.

I've had a such positive experience with y GLP-1 journey! Im really happy with my progress and most importantly i love that i can still enjoy my life while working toward my goals. The support and guidance have been amazing and i've always felt comfortable asking questions along the way. I definitely recommend Embody to anyone considering it!

The provider was very caring understanding and professional was able to see the mistake and whiling to find a solution

The video call was great with Provider and Chablis was great. She heard me and helped me understand a few things as well. After our video call, she actually called me back as she found out more information (good news) and was able to make my next few months of refills easier. Also she didn’t want me to be confused by the email that would come through so she explained what I would see in the email. Truly amazing care/customer service!
