This was just my first appointment, but I felt listened to. She answered my questions. She explained to me how the medication doses start too.

They listened to my questions and gave me the answers to all of my concerns.

I had a hard time at first cuz I ordered and then I never got my peptide I didn't know I had to talk to somebody before I would get it but I finally had that done the other day so now I'm just letting waiting for my peptide cuz the money came out of my account September 3rd and I didn't understand a lot of it or who was I supposed to talk to I didn't know I had to talk to somebody before I get it but everything's okay now hopefully just waiting for my peptide now. Waiting for it to be mailed out to me

The phone call was on time, the provider was very nice, friendly, warm. The phone call didn’t feel rushed, he explained my plan in a way that I understood, answered my questions.

Relieving Experience! This particular clinician LISTENED ro my very real concern/situation, was polite, and fixed the issue; which greatly relieved my anxiety about possibly receiving a medication compounded with B6 which would cause me to have to chose between taking just the meds sent to me from Embody or taking my supplements(that are very important) that already have B6 and other necessary supplementation for my overall health. I'm thankful that this clinician understood that and fixed the issue.
