Requested subscription cancelation and refund. Did not do visit and never received medication. Was charged when it said you wouldn’t be until medication prescribed. STILL WAITING on cancellation confirmation and refund.
Response from EmbodyJul 29, 2026
We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you've experienced with the charges, the unreceived medication, and the delay in your cancellation and refund. It's completely understandable to be upset when you're charged unexpectedly and are still waiting for confirmation and a refund. We are truly sorry this has been such a negative experience for you.

I've been dealing with this for this for an entire month with no help
I've been dealing with this for this entire month. I received the wrong dosage from what I requested and I've talked several times with customer service and also with the nurse 2 times. She said the higher dosage was fine and that she would relay that to the customer service. I should receive another vial of what I was supposed to receive the first time. I've used the shot they sent but it did not work at all. I need the higher dosage. Please respond. I've never had this kind of problem and I've been doing this shot for some time but wanted to try embody.

We sincerely apologize for the issues you've experienced with your medication dosage and the frustration of needing to repeatedly contact customer service and the nurse. It's clear that we fell short in ensuring you received the correct prescription from the start. We understand how disappointing it is when a treatment doesn't work as expected, especially when you've been consistent with your regimen. Your feedback is crucial as we strive to improve our processes and ensure accurate medication delivery.

Long wait times
Long wait times, had to speak to 4 people until I got an answer to my question, all representatives should be able to answer common questions. Make me wonder if I will switch companies
Response from EmbodyJul 28, 2026
We're sorry to hear we left you questioning whether to stay with us.
Having to wait on hold and speak with multiple people just to get a straightforward answer is frustrating, and we agree that common questions should be easier to resolve.
We've continued to strengthen our team training and support experience, but it's clear we missed the mark here. We'd love the opportunity to change your mind. Please reach out to our support team again and ask to speak with a manager so we can review your experience and make sure your questions are fully addressed.

Not good from the start
I just switched to embody from another place I was using. I am at 5 mg dosage. They were supposed to send me 5 mg and instead they sent me 2.5 mg. I already paid for three months. I’ve been calling the number, sending emails, I spoke on a Zoom call to someone and they keep telling me I have to go on my portal. I did that and sent more emails but nothing. I’m just going to have to double up on the medicine and cancel.

We know it's disappointing to expect one dosage and receive something different, especially after transitioning your care and paying for several months upfront. Medication dosing is determined by a licensed provider based on your medical history and clinical judgment, but we also recognize how important it is that any changes are clearly communicated.
We've continued to strengthen our communication and fulfillment processes, but it's clear we missed the mark here. Please reach out to our support team again and ask to speak with a manager so we can review your prescription, confirm your treatment plan, and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.

The worst company I've ever dealt with
The worst company I've ever dealt with. I provided my info stating I am currently on 2.7mg dose. I then noticed that they ordered a .2mg dose, I have spent 2 days now trying to get that corrected. Every time I call it's a 20-30 minute wait. If you choose the option to have them call you back instead of waiting on hold, you never get the call. This happened twice. 2 different people confirmed an incorrect appointment time. I logged into the correct time and the provider never showed. Their document state that I missed the appointment. That is a lie. I waited 40 minutes for a provider to show. I had to call again and wait another 20-30 minutes. I was told the a provider will definitely call within 15 minutes. I received an automated call saying I have to schedule another appointment. The earliest appointment was in 5 days. Currently speaking to a manager. We'll see if it gets resolved. Even if it does, not sure it was worth the aggravation and hours spent trying to get resolved.
I'd like to update this review as it is 4 days later.
Embody is impossible to deal with. When I call them there is a 50 - 60 minute wait. Instead of waiting, they will hold your lace in line and call you back, so they say. They never call you back. .This is totally unacceptable to make a paying customer wait this long on hold. Given their extremely poor customer service I can see why the hold times are this long. They seem to get longer as each day passes. If I need to schedule an appointment, the soonest available time is 5 days. again, totally unacceptable. They charged my card days ago. They still have the incorrect dosage showing ready to ship as well as the higher dosage. No one will tell me when my order will ship. If the issues are not corrected soon I will cancel and stick with my current provider. The savings are not worth the aggravation in dealing with these people. They are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Medication dosing is determined by a licensed provider based on your medical history and clinical judgment, but we recognize how important it is to clearly communicate any recommended changes before your prescription is processed. We also understand how disappointing it is when appointments and callbacks don't go as expected.
We've continued to strengthen our scheduling, communication, and support processes, but it's clear we missed the mark here. We appreciate you working with one of our managers, and we hope we're able to resolve this quickly. If there's anything still outstanding, please continue working with the manager assigned to your case so we can ensure everything is addressed.

Scheduled a telehealth visit with them
Scheduled a telehealth visit with them. Link said couldn’t connect, needed to adjust my camera & microphone settings. They were both on. Tried to contact company, long wait. Tried to block charge on my credit card. Embody had already charged the $378 before interview or products. They texted me from 3 different phone numbers and the links sent me seemed bogus, at very least, unprofessional. I’m disputing the charge and changing my cc number as a precaution. Hoping I’m given my money back. BUYER BEWARE.

Technical issues during a telehealth appointment, difficulty reaching support, and unexpected billing are understandably frustrating. We also recognize that receiving messages from multiple numbers without clear context can create confusion, and that's not the experience we want anyone to have.
We've continued to strengthen our communication and support processes, but it's clear we missed the mark here. Please reach out to our support team again and ask to speak with a manager so we can review your account, appointment, and billing concerns, and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Don't waste your time and money
My experience with Embody Health was extremely frustrating and far more complicated than it should have been. After completing my intake form, submitting my previous prescription information, and paying for treatment, I expected a straightforward process.
Instead, I spent multiple days trying to get basic clarity about my order, medication details, and next steps. It took numerous phone calls and follow-ups before I was able to speak with a provider. During that conversation, I was informed that the available compounded tirzepatide dosage differed from my previous prescription. This information was not clearly communicated during the intake or ordering process.
My primary concern was not simply the dosage difference. It was the lack of transparency, inconsistent communication, delays in the process, and the amount of effort required from me as the patient to obtain answers.
After documenting my concerns, I requested a written review rather than continuing repeated phone calls. The escalation process itself became confusing, with inconsistent guidance about whether I should call, email, or whether my written documentation was already sufficient.
After my own experience, I also reviewed other patient feedback and noticed similar concerns being raised around communication, prescription timelines, dosage clarity, and customer service responsiveness.
Embody Health must take these concerns seriously and improves its processes so future patients do not have to navigate the same level of confusion and frustration.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We're truly sorry your experience was so frustrating.
We understand how disappointing it is when you're expecting a straightforward process but instead have to make multiple calls just to get clear answers. Clear communication about medication options, treatment plans, and what to expect should never feel like a guessing game.
Medication dosing is determined by a licensed provider based on your medical history and clinical judgment, but we recognize we could have done a better job explaining the available treatment options and setting expectations throughout the process.
We've continued to strengthen our onboarding, communication, and support processes, but it's clear we missed the mark in your case. Please reach out to our support team again and ask to speak with a manager so we can review your experience, address your concerns, and use your feedback to help us continue improving.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.

We're sorry to hear you're feeling frustrated with your treatment.
We understand how disappointing it can be when your current dose doesn't seem to be meeting your expectations, especially if you've been trying to reach someone for the past two weeks. Medication dosing is determined by a licensed provider based on your medical history and clinical judgment, and any changes require a clinical review.
We've continued to improve our response times and support processes, but it's clear we missed the mark here. Please reach out to our support team again and ask to speak with a manager so we can review your account, connect you with the appropriate clinical team, and help address your dosage concerns as quickly as possible.
