My Doctor listened to my concerns and helped me with the issues im having thank you .. I needed my Tirzepatide/B6 changed cause I was having some not so fun side effects... I got an appointment immediately.. same day actually.. and she switched me to Tirzepatide/NAD+/B12 immediately .. They even sent me the bottle even though I only took 1 dose from the B6.. anyways that being said.. I then was getting Headaches witch i honestly believe it was from the NAD+... and again switched... witch again got a same day appointment and she changed me to the Tirzepatide/B12 witch is being sent again.. im pretty sure this time ill be fine cause I have actually had the Tirzepatide before and no side effects .... and had the B12 and no side effects... so together I should be ok ... anyways the fact I have had some problems arise embody has took care of me every time ... and promptly... now .... you do have to make sure you do your part you have to reach out and follow what they say... and in the 3 months I have been with them I have lost 5 more pounds and I was in a stall for 6 months with my previous company I was with if you have any questions feel free to ask😊....
