Ordered from Embody after using another online pharmacy due to price. You def get what you pay for. I immediately questioned the color of the medication but still injected thinking I'd be fine. About an hour after injecting, I started urinating blood. Two days after injection, I had terrible diarrhea for two days. By day 3, I woke up on my bathroom floor to my arm jerking against my door after loosing consciousness. Ended up paying more for a mobile IV and trip to the ER than I did for this medication. This is dangerous. I have not received a response for my requested refund either. I will not use or recommend this company again. CitizenMeds.com is full price but atleast it is safe. I have two small children, one whom has level 3 autism and is non verbal. Imagine loosing consciousness infront of children whom cannot call for help. Never again

Update 8/6/26 - Met with their Dr and straight up he told me even though I have a 7.5mg script from my Dr, they will not fill it due to wait for it "Our protocol" and I straight up said your protocol is to save $ and not honor your advertisements. I have a pending full refund request. My Advise, look elsewhere from Embody as they literally as scamming people. Not great...maybe the make it right but not holding my breath...I read many of these reviews and same theme, folks provide scripts and larger dose and they always send you the 2.125 dose, maybe if they just said we cant do larger dose folks would just move on and look else where but sadly they just take your money and communication is sparse by design just to get your money! 1. Very slow to issue the script took 3 weeks! 2. They kept asking me for script details even though they suggest its not needed...I ended up digging up my script and sent them my script of Tirzepetide at 7.5mg dosage and explicitly said that was the dosage I wanted and I tolerated it well for several months. 3. Finally, they shipped it but not only was it not the 7.5mg, it was not even 2.5mg but instead 2.125 starter dose. 4. On the website no way to cancel the reoccurring monthly subscription!! What the heck Embody, like if you could not or would not do the 7.5mg for the $129 price you could have said a. we cant do for that price or offer 7.5mg and refund my money or 2. Respond back saying can't do that dosage and say how much the 7.5mg price would be. Very deceptive and the lack of engagement and just simply sending me the lowest dosage is sketchy! I sent them request to 1. send me free of charge the 7.5mg dosage or 2. send me full refund so i can look elsewhere. If they make it right I will of course update the review but this is annoying considering I explicitly asked for 7.5mg and the just ignored me and my prescription at 7.5mg!

I’m extremely frustrated with this experience. You were very quick to take my payment, but immediately afterward I stopped receiving clear communication. Yesterday, I was approved by the doctor, received my prescribed dosage, and could see my order and approval information in my portal. Now my order and the approval letter showing my dosage have completely disappeared from my portal. On top of that, I’m now receiving texts saying that you need my address, even though I had already gone through the approval and ordering process. I have also been trying repeatedly to contact your support team. I have sat on the phone for HOURS waiting for someone to answer, and your callback option is honestly a joke because I request a callback and nobody ever calls me back. I have also sent emails and have received no response there either. I should not have to spend hours trying to get answers after you have already taken my money. This is extremely confusing and honestly feels very sketchy. I paid for this service expecting my medication to actually be processed and shipped, and instead the information I was previously given has disappeared with no explanation. I want a clear explanation of what happened to my order, confirmation that my prescription and dosage are still valid, and an immediate update on when my medication will actually be shipped. If this cannot be resolved promptly, I want a full refund. Based on this experience, I absolutely would not purchase from your company again.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. They charged the card right away, but took WEEKS and hours of painful phone calls with people who were very hard to understand to finally get the meds shipped, only for it to be the wrong dosage. Tons of excuses and delays.

I clearly told them I wanted to order one month of tirzepitide with no subscription. The signed me up for “NAD” and semiglutide subscriptions! There have been approximately 75 emails back and forth and each one reads “thank you for reaching out” along with 2-3 paragraphs of niceties. But nothing has been done.

Stay away from this company!!! I transferred to Embody from a different glp1 company to save cost and it was a big mistake. 1st off- the communication is the only reason they got a star. Ot typically took someone atleast 12hrs to get back to me which isn’t bad tbh. 2nd- my vial came HOT! Ice pack was melted and all! I immediately reached out to let them know “hey it’s not normal and based on my experience the ice isn’t suppose to melt this quickly” I expressed multiple times I was not comfortable using the vial but embody did not care. These people interrogated me, asking me if I left it in the sun? Mind you, the package got to me at night and I have a covered porch. In the end, no refund, they told me vial was safe to use and that was that. Vial ended up in the trash, and I canceled my subscription! Thanks Emory- I know why yall cheap!

This has to be a scam. They took my money and never delivered anything. They lie about their timelines. After my first submission, I was supposed to hear from them in 24 hours. Four days later, no communication. I called and they told me I need to see a provider for verification. We had a virtual visit and she said everything looks good and I was approved. I received an email saying your meds will ship in 2 to 3 days. It's been over a week and I have received no shipping confirmation. Nothing. I've tried to reach multiple times and only received robo answers. You call and the wait time is over 3 hours. Do not trust this company! They are a complete scam.

Customer service is horrible!! 3 1/2 hour hold time to talk to someone and still waiting. You ask someone to call back instead it goes straight to voice mail. Sent a few emails and no response. I did have some questions about my order and stuff now I just want to cancel and go somewhere else. Terrible I've never been on hold that long for anything.
