I had a great experience with all initial communication. Only giving it 4 stars as there has been no communication since I was sent my 3 month supply and they initially say that someone will follow up monthly.

The visit with the NP was perfect. The IT infrastructure on your end needs improvement.

Visit was voice call video was having technical issues but voice call went good had good experience with provider went over all my questions and concerns

My experience was fine

Really felt comfortable with her. I just need her to send me the form for my primary to sign. Would like to get started soon. She answered all my concerns and made me want to get started.

Everything went great until they found a mistake the pharmacy made a while back, now I have to go through a lot of extra steps to do things I shouldn’t have to do bc of a pharmacy problem, my money, 800.00, is tied up, and I still can’t start my injections yet until the whole mess is cleared up. Very frustrating. Not anyone’s fault I guess, but I am more frustrated about my money being held up.
