Video went well but have not received my order and no tracking information.

I had a great experience and all my questions were answered. Physician was pleasant, thorough, gave thoughtful advice, and respected my time.

The first time round it was FAST. Completed the product. But the second time dosage, no updates. Been silence since last week. It is so unusual. I called them no answer, was put on hold like forever. Emailed them 3 times, and finally someone came back to me. Only to tell me the provider will contact me , Im not sure are we supposed to be on the phone with provider every month ? This is so weird,

My husband and I recently switched from MOCHI to EMBODY because we simply could not afford the prices at MOCHI any longer. They charged a monthly subscription fee on top of the Tirzepatide so we were paying $550/month. With EMBODY, we are only paying $260/month for the same medication and dose. My intake process went well, Ianina Metcalf was very attentive and communicative and processed my medication quickly. I received the Tirzepatide the next week. My husband has had a completely different experience. No one even touched his account for days after signing up (we signed up at the same time). Then they asked for proof of current prescription which we sent them 3 times before they acknowledged receiving it. I was never asked for proof of my current prescription. He would get text messages requesting certain information then emails asking for something else. It was very confusing. Then he waited days for someone to prescribe the medication. It still hasn't been shipped though. The shipment has already been delayed 3 weeks. Our next payment is coming up and they still haven't even sent the first shipment. My husband and I signed up the same day and we are having two completely different experiences with this company. EMBODY needs to improve their customer service and intake process. Clearly their customer representatives are not following a standardized process, or they have employees who are simply not doing their jobs. Either way, they need to do something to improve customer service. If the issues with my husband's account are corrected, I am willing to increase to 4 stars. If not, I guess we will need to cancel both of our accounts.

The medication is great. But billing and communication sucks. They take forever to take a payment, I guess they just expect you to keep your card unlocked, when every week it’s a rat race of who gets your money first. And with communication it takes 2-3 days on each sentence you send. You cannot actively have a conversation with anyone.

Need to improve video visits, less waiting time, better communication with patients

Alot more follow up and faster response time
