Don’t do it!
They prescribed me the wrong dose and when I contacted them (by phone after sitting on hold forever because no one responds to the emails) they told me that a medical provider was the only one that could fix that so they scheduled me a phone call appointment that same day. I never received the call. When I called the next morning they apologized and said they would escalate the ticket and I would definitely get a call from a provider some time that day. Again, didn’t happen. I called the customer service line at 5pm to let them know and it gave me the option to request a call back within the hour instead of waiting on hold. My call came back in the middle of the night. Midnight to be exact. I did not answer. I called the next morning and again they apologized and said to let them schedule one more appointment for the next morning. Next day comes around and again, no call. I call customer service and tell them I need a refund because this is obviously not happening. The guy tells me that he can cancel my subscription but can’t refund me. I said that I received no product or services so they absolutely need to refund me. I had to insist that I get to speak to a supervisor. I had to sit on hold for another half hour after the initial half hour to get someone on the line. Finally, I got someone who said they weee management and they processed the refund right away. It took way too much effort and I can’t believe that they were just trying to keep my money!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We can understand why you left feeling so disappointed. From what you've described, the issue wasn't just the prescribed dose—it was the repeated missed follow-ups after you were told a provider would contact you. We recognize how frustrating it is to set aside time for scheduled calls that never happen, especially after making multiple attempts to resolve the issue. We also understand how disappointing it is to feel you had to work so hard to receive a resolution. We'd still welcome the opportunity to review your account and better understand what happened. If you're willing, please ask to speak with a manager so we can review your treatment history, appointment timeline, and overall experience. Thank you again for sharing your feedback.
