The worsest company ever. You cant reach a United States repersentative, they are all overseas. They send me 2 complately different orders every month and I cant get them to stop. I have called every monh they claim it's repaired and it's not. DONT trust or DO BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY.

I started my weight loss journey with a different company and decided to give Embody a try because their prices were lower. Unfortunately, it has been an absolute disappointment. My orders are consistently delayed or arrive late, and there is no easy way to speak with an actual person because everything is automated. When you finally manage to speak with a real representative, you receive the same repetitive answers without any real solution or accountability. Honestly, it is worth paying a little more to work with a company that values its customers and can reliably deliver orders on time. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that they have no problem charging your card immediately, yet they cannot seem to manage timely deliveries or provide proper customer support. Lower prices mean nothing when the service is this poor. I would not recommend Embody based on my experience, and I regret switching to them.

My first shipment was fine. Second was over a week late getting to me, throwing my shot schedule off. The third, I was on assignment out of state, and put in address change, but they still shipped it to my home. Then a coupld of days later, they shipped a second shipment to my home which was destroyed as it sat in the heat for 2 days. I have disputed my last charge and closed my account. FYI..didn't lose any weight with their version vs the Eli Lily Zepbound which I had lost 28 pound on.

This is a follow up to my previous post. I am supposed to start my medicine tomorrow and cannot as they sent the wrong dosage and needles. Nobody knows what is going on!! 30 texts, 5 phone calls and 3 emails all in the 1st month and all they have done is bill me and send the wrong dose. A clinician was supposed to call this morning at 8am but nothing! I believe this business is fraudulent. I noticed that they respond to every post the same. "They will circulate the issue and apologize for the confusion and frustration". They do circulate round and around and around to NOWHERE!

After two months of countless calls to "customer service," them billing us after "no shows" on scheduled doctor calls, non-shipment, then wrong product shipment, we hopefully now have it straightened out. Sticking with it for now because we don't want the possibility of going through all that again with another company. I would recommend others to try a different company first.

Just giving a 2 star review because I would give it a one star except the staff has been responding to me pretty quickly. I’ll give it a two star for that. The reason I feel like giving it a one star is because one of the vials came with a crooked cap and had less in it then it’s 28 days worth that I ordered and paid for. It’s a week later and they still have to make a decision what to do about it. This is supposed to be medicine that is taken on time. They told me not to use the bottle that I currently have yet they’re not sending me a new one yet or made a decision what to do- how unprofessional is it to make a person go a week without their medicine yet not send the missing dosage? Why would it take over a week or two to come up with a plan? What unprofessional staff do they have working? This is medicine. It’s not something that you wait forever to make a decision on. Edited: below you can see how EMBODY responded . They said they would like the opportunity to look into it but never contacted me.its been 3 weeks now. Three weeks of putting a medicine problem on hold. And NO RESHIPMENT AS OF YET ! Very very unprofessional! AS YOU CAN SEE, THEY REPEATEDLY USE FANCY WORDS LIKE A ROBOT, BUT NEVER FOLLOW THROUGH AND NEVER MAKE ANYTHING RIGHT . I now edited it to one star

I would leave a negative review if I could. So when I originally started embody everything was great. Simple, easy. Then my second package never was delivered. I filed claims with UPS & with embody. Never received it. Never received a “second” bottle. Then they proceeded to make me jump through all these hoops & meet with ups to still never refund me for the bottle or send another. I received my “third” bottle and still no help with what to do about my “second” one. Membership cancelled. Saw no results cause I couldn’t consistently use it & never actually received all the product which is theft & they don’t seem to realize that or care in the paper trail of emails I have received.

At this point a one star is actually very high! 2 months in a row I have had the wrong dose! The second month of the wrong dose they prescribe another wrong dose. That's two wrong doses in a month. I have been double charged and I'm not getting anywhere. You ask for a supervisor and you get that their phone is having technical difficulties. How convenient! At this point I am looking for another company they don't seem to know what they're doing. They can't get their heads out of their rear ends!! Also, I had one of the providers tell me that it's not his fault that I should call the pharmacy that makes it to get things clarified. What an absolute joke. Stay away
