Don't do it I was going to switch but I needed 10mg which is my next dose, they made as if it was fine since I was already on tirzepatide 7.5mg else where (trying to save) . The doctor did not approve 10ml they took the 148.00 before even approving the prescription. I received a sent to pharmacy email not even a hour ago when I saw they did not do 10ml, but 3ml. I tried to cancel it they told me no refunds they are sending out 3ml I contacted my bank. They will not honor your current dosage chart they will ship you a 3ml vile and take your money.

I placed an a first time order 2 weeks ago. I was charged the fee for my medication even though my medication has not been approved by the medical team . I have emailed several times with no response.. I call and just stay on hold with no response..I am reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and dispute this charge with my bank. This has been a terrible and frustrating experience.

THIS COMPANY HAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE IN HISTORY!! Customer service reps are completely incompetent!! I've been trying to get my order for A WEEK!!! I've been waiting for a call from an account manager for TWO DAYS!!

I attempted to work with them as their cost was good but upon doing research I found that at least two of their partner pharmacies had received FDA Warning letters on practices related to compounding ( Triad RX (resolved) and Boothwyn (active). You can review this information on the USDA website. I was very clear and I have all the communications in writing via email that due to those concerns I wanted to review with a provider before the prescription was sent so that I could research them for regulatory issues and in email they responded and agreed. I'm very aware the FDA does not regulate the compund drugs themselves but do monitor the facilities and operational practices. Embody did the opposite. They sent me a visit summary without me speaking to a provider and when I called they actually sent my script to one of the pharmacies that would be of concern. I called immediately when I got the email my prescription was sent to pharmacy and being processed for delivery to investigate why they had not followed through with contacting me prior and they told me there was nothing they could do once the prescription was sent and I could speak to a provider now which does nothing. The rep I spoke to said I could cancel the next dose but was essentially stuck and financially responsible for this one. I also wanted to know what additives were being added to the medications it is normal practice to include things like b12 or other supplements and I wanted to clarify exactly what was in the script sent. I found some research that I wanted to discuss that show some contraindications for certain additives while compounding could be a biased study but wanted to discuss it with provider. While many of us choose services like this due to cost there is safety in those higher cost providers that carry fda regulated medications. Embody will put you into a position that once the prescription is sent they cannot return or stop it and you are stuck with those costs with a potentially problematic script from a problematic facility. Update: upon this review and me sending and email all over the company and caring mutiple times they actually changed the pharmacy to one without a tarnished record. I was initially told Triad Pharmacy by the customer service rep and after my communications they emailed me and sent it to another pharmacy called Beaker that was not initially disclosed to me as a pharmacy partner. Beaker does not have any FDA warning regulations posted to date. And the tone of their email was very clear they were attempting to discredit my claims and concerns to shut me up. These are shady people. I will not be doing any business with them moving forward.

I was given the run around telling me different things every time I reached out to get my order processed. After doing multiple different things, they then decided I need to get an outside physician clearance for the medication which was never stated as needed on the site. The entire reason I was using them was I currently do not have a PCP so this completely defeats the purpose of using them. Of course they made sure to charge me right away without providing any service

It was terrible! I signed up, money came out of my account and didn’t hear anything for days. I kept reaching out trying to find out what the next steps were. They said they made an appointment for the next day but they didn’t and when I reached back out, it would have been 2 more weeks until I talked to someone. I have requested my money back. I’ll wait to see if I get it. If not, I’ll be filing with PayPal. Beware!!!

If I could give a negative star I would. This company scams you. DO NOT USE THEM!

The experience I've had since joining has been absolutely ridiculous. I signed up late on 8/11 PST. I am coming from another provider that did not have the ability to provide me with the higher dosing I needed. I am currently on an 11.125mg, 65 unit shot. I have not yet reached my goal weight and have about 10 more pounds I am targeting. I happened to look in the portal on 8/12 and I see that I was prescribed a dose that does not make sense to me at all. It is 4.25mg and a 25 unit shot. I tried calling on Wednesday, 8/12, and waited on the call for 25 minutes until I gave up. I called again on 8/13 and held for 13 minutes before someone finally picked up. They said that the medication had already been shipped but the next step would be to talk to a provider. The call got hung up and I did not have the time to sit there and wait on hold again. I called back 2 hours later and spoke to another person who seemed shocked that I've never spoken to a provider since joining. This is unusual compared to the companies I've used before as well. He let me know that he was putting my order on hold and advised me to schedule time with a provider. I scheduled the appointment for 8/14 at 11:05 PST. I have been on the call for 30 minutes now and no one has joined. I reached out to the chat 5 minutes ago and the person who responded shared, "Kindly note that your consultation is scheduled as a telephonic appointment. You do not need to be on video. Please disconnect and wait for the provider to call you. If no provider contacts you, kindly reschedule your appointment using your patient portal or by reaching out to customer service." I am using the link that was provided to me from the text that was sent. Why am I now being told something different? When I asked this I was responded to with "Since the chat has been inactive for a few minutes, I'm going to go ahead and close this session now. If you need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to start a new chat or contact our patient support team. Have a wonderful day!" This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I have taken countless hours out of my work day and blocked my calendar in order to sort this out.
