Do not recommend. Paid $79.99, waited 2 weeks, it never even shipped. Contacted customer service, was no help. Canceled subscription. Guess I am just out the $79.99.

Waiting two weeks without your order shipping, then feeling like you couldn't get the help you needed from support, would understandably be frustrating. We recognize how disappointing it is to cancel after investing both your time and money without receiving the service you expected.
Thank you for sharing your experience. Your feedback highlights the importance of timely fulfillment and responsive customer support, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.

No customer service
No customer service. I have been on tirzepatide for a long time. Requested i remain on same dose. When order was filled it was for lower dose. No explanation. Tried to speak to someone. Had to schedule an appointment with a provider. Waited 3 days for appointment. Waited online 30 mins and no provider ever joined the chat. I was charged and a week later med still had not shipped. I call to cancel and demand a refund. They said no and then immediately shipped the med. Do not use this place. Horrible. I ended up going back to Polly. They are more expensive but you get the help you need ASAP and they listen to you. The medicine is great. Shipping is fast and you can always speak to someone. I am reaching out to BBB and my state atty general office about Embody.

From your review, it sounds like the most frustrating part was feeling that your concerns were never addressed before your prescription moved forward. We understand why it would be disappointing to receive a different dosage than expected, wait several days for a provider appointment that never took place, and then see your medication ship only after you requested a cancellation.
We appreciate your candid feedback. Experiences like yours highlight the importance of timely provider access, clear communication around treatment decisions, and ensuring patient concerns are addressed before orders progress. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

My intake and first month went smooth..but got worse
My intake and first month went smooth. Was happy especially after reading bad reviews. But the 2nd month it all fell apart. I did my intake form 2-3 days before my 4th dose. That was 8/3/26. On 8/4/26 I was approved and by 8/7/26 was sent a shipping/tracking notice. That should have been more than enough time to get my new vial for my 5th dose. But nope a week went by with nothing...no movement on the tracking nothing. I had enough in my 1st original vial for a 5th dose. Then on 8/11/26 they sent me a 2nd tracking because I reached out as nothing was happening. Since then I've gotten the run around that it could be another 5-7 days. I'm due for my 6th dose and still no new medication. I'm 14 days away from another intake/charge for month 3, when Ive not even gotten month 2 yet. Every response I get from them is generic and "you've been assigned a tracking, you just have to wait". I've been assigned 2 tracking, no medication, no real resolution. I've since cancelled my subscription yesterday 8/17/26 so I'm not charged again. I've asked for a refund since it's obvious I'm not getting my 2nd vial that has been paid for. They are refusing to give me a refund all because I have tracking numbers from 8/7/26 and 8/11/26....neither have been filled nor shipped. I had such high hopes for this company as the first month was smooth. I'm trying to currently dispute the charges on my card for charging me for something and not receiving it.

We are sorry that you felt the need to cancel your subscription and that your concerns regarding a refund have not been adequately addressed. Your feedback is important, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.

HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE! I could not even get in touch with anyone and when I requested to cancel, they conveniently hung up on me.

We are truly sorry to hear about your frustrating experience trying to reach us and the issue you encountered when attempting to cancel. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how upsetting this must have been.

Worst Service Possible
I have never had a worse customer service experience with any other company. I ordered both Tirzepatide and NAD+. Both of the costs were charged to my card within 10 minutes of ordering. However, the NAD+ was never delivered and 3 emails were never responded to. When calling the customer service number, I was hung up on 4 times after being told by AI they were glad they had solved my problem!! They never even understood what the problem was. I kept asking to speak to a “team member” or representative, but that never happened. When I first looked up Embody on Trust Pilot it had a rating of 4.9. I see now that this was a mistake and it’s actually below 3.5. Finally, tonight, I reached a human being at the customer service number and he cancelled my order and issued a refund to my payment source, which he stated should show up within 5 days. We will see if that happens. I have never been so frustrated and disappointed with any other company I have ordered from.
Response from EmbodyAug 18, 2026
We're glad to hear you were ultimately able to reach someone and that a refund was processed, but it's clear the path to get there was far more difficult than it should have been.
From your review, the biggest frustration wasn't just the missing NAD+ order—it was having multiple emails go unanswered and repeatedly trying to reach support without ever connecting to someone who could help. We understand why that would leave you feeling disappointed, especially after being charged immediately for both orders.
Thank you for taking the time to document your experience. Your feedback highlights opportunities for us to improve both our communication and the overall support experience, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Embody Lies
I was on Semaglutide about 6 months ago and lost a fair amount of weight. I had to stop because I had horrible nausea and vomiting. My then provider only supplied a few days of antinausea medication. Obviously, I started gaining weight again. I spent a great deal of time searching for a provider that also supplied/prescribed antinausea medication. I came across Embody and chatted with a customer service rep. I explained my previous experience and wanted a reassurance that the company would provide/prescribed antinausea medication, which I received. I also wrote in the comments to the "medical professional" the previous experience I had and if I would not receive antinausea medication then I did not want to continue with the order. The order went through. I checked the patient dashboard and there was no mention of antinausea medication. Lie #1. Of course, they certainly took my $80. I immediately tried contacting Embody and received the recording that there were several calls ahead of me, save my place in line, they will call me back. That never happened. Lie #2. I texted the customer support, no reply. I believe I sent 5 or 6 texts, no reply until the following morning. 24/7 customer support they advertise. Hmm, lie #3. The next morning I received a text asking me for the name and phone number for my pharmacy, which I sent. About an hour later I received a text telling me that the antinausea medication will NOT be prescribed. I then just asked for my money back, but was told that it wasn't possible because the pharmacy was compounding the medication and it couldn't be stopped. The medication was not shipped for 5 days. Surely, it could have been stopped. Lie again. I left a comment asking me to call their customer service line to get direct resolution but again no one picked up. I will now receive medication that I cannot use. And of course, they refused to refund my money. I see all of Embody's responses ask for the person to reach out to them so they can conduct a review but don't see that those "reviews" actually end with resolution. I just want Embody to REFUND my money.
Response from EmbodyAug 18, 2026
Thank you for taking the time to explain your experience. Reading your review, it sounds like the biggest issue wasn't simply that you didn't receive the additional medication—it was that you made your expectations clear before moving forward and felt they weren't reflected in the outcome.
We understand why you'd be frustrated after specifically asking about anti-nausea medication, documenting your concerns during intake, and then learning after your prescription had been processed that it would not be prescribed. We also recognize how disappointing it is to have difficulty reaching support when you're trying to make an informed decision about your treatment.
We appreciate your detailed feedback. It highlights how important clear communication is around treatment plans, provider decisions, and patient expectations before prescriptions move forward. Thank you for bringing your experience to our attention.

BEWARE!
This was my 1st time ordering from this company. Cheaper is not always better. Took some time to get my meds and only to find out they don't even do the full 15mg prescription that I currently take. They prescribed 11.1 mg even after receiving my current 15mg prescription. They tell me I can increase my units to 75 per week up from the prescribed 65 units in order to reach their max of 12.75mg. I am pretty sure I will run out early then. A joke of a company. I called for days on end in order to get my prescription paused. Always hours of waiting just to get someone I can barely understand. Then since the portal did not update I had to call again to make sure it was done. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering. I Just canceled after reading these reviews and how late people are getting their meds. I'm not taking any chances.

It sounds like the biggest concern was learning after enrollment that your treatment plan differed from the dosage you had been receiving with your previous provider. Medication recommendations are made by a licensed provider based on an individual clinical review, and we recognize how important it is to clearly communicate prescribing parameters so patients can make informed decisions before treatment moves forward.
We also understand why the difficulty reaching support and needing to repeatedly confirm that your prescription had been paused added to your frustration. Thank you for sharing your experience. Feedback like yours helps us identify opportunities to improve communication and the overall patient experience.
