If I could...I would tell anybody thinking about joining EMBODY to think again. Yes the price is reasonable however the dosage is so low that there is no way youll see results any time soon. However i recei.\nVed my first shipment.It arrived in a styrofoam box. When I\nOpened the little ziploc baggie that the vial of medicine was in , it was completely sticky. So much that it was sticking to the bag itself. I have tried now for an entire week to get somebody to answer my concerns. I've called and the rep can only tell me to email. I've called again with the same response three times. I've emai.\nLed every time I was told to email with absolutely no response. Not even an acknowledgment that they have received my issue. Therefore , I canceled my subscription today and have asked for a refund. I don't expect anything to be done about it and highly anticipate a second charge. From there , I will take it to the better business bureau. These people are very unprofessional, and I feel they are a bit on the sly side. Wanting money with not an ounce of support. Do not join this group. There are so many other companies out there who are legitimate and really want to help you obtain your goals. Embody is NOT one of these companies. Run now before you get scammed.

What an awful company to deal with. First they denied me because I have mash in my liver. And then all of a sudden I got approved, but I canceled it because they had denied me first so that I’m not paying it. OK I got reimbursed. So then I thought I’ll try it again in a different account but not tell about the mash. Mind you I was completely transparent, the first time and I let them know that my liver doctor is the one that wants me on the compounded trizepetide.That was August 11. I’m still waiting to hear anything about being processed or being reviewed. Nothing they still have my $129 and they will not reimburse me. Nobody will answer my emails. Customer service at this company is a horrible joke.

Customer service is atrocious and you are left figuring things out on your own. You email them a question and they respond back with information completely unrelated to the question. It seems like each link you get from them goes to a different page or portal too. And they often do not ship your medication in time so you're unable to stick with a 7 day schedule. I can't see myself using them much longer.

I signed up with embody, and they wanted documents from a provider to say I was qualified to be on the program. I decided to cancel instead, as I’m busy, and would just try to find someone local to me for weight loss solutions. They refused to refund me, even though I never received the medication and it hasn’t even been shipped. I’ve contacted multiple times and they say to provide the approval from a provider, and then they’ll send the medication. They won’t refund. Mind you I paid for 3 months in advance!

DO NOT do business with this company. WORST ever! sent me the wrong dose, I called and called and emailed and text only to be told I will get a call in 24 - 48 hours. No call! I am told to go online and make an appointment - I go to scheduling nothing available for THREE months. I then get an email that I will be charged again when I haven't even received the right order. I cant contact anyone to cancel. dont waste you're time.

We received our order 1 week after ordering. When we opened that package it was warm. We called customer service and it is outsourced to India. The customer service rep could not understand what we were saying. We called three times and got different answers Everytime. Supposedly a ticket was created and we should get a call back to tell us if it is safe to use....But I am not counting on it.

Made an account just to post this review. Wish I had read some of these ahead of time. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their website states that you will NOT be charged any money until your meds are approved, this is a blatant lie because the $79 was deducted from my account before I was even contacted about my intake form. They tell you that you have to have a 5 minute "Video Visit" with a provider before they will ship your meds. I was fine with this, except you can't get an appointment for this "required" visit!! Their AI robot caller kept spamming me the link to sign up for this video visit via text, calls, and e-mail, but every time I put my info in no appointments would come up. I even checked several months out and there was nothing. So I called customer service, waited on hold for 15 minutes only to talk to an AI agent that they are trying to disguise as a real person but you can tell it's a robot from the long pauses in-between answering questions. Anyway, the stupid AI bot couldn't schedule me either because guess what? There's no appointments! I was told a report would be filed and I'd receive an e-mail with further instructions. The e-mail was the same dang link I'd already been sent to schedule this impossible appointment and nothing else. I tried e-mailing customer service to explain the situation and nobody ever responded to date. Called customer service back and the robot told me a provider would call me within an hour. The only thing that called me was the AI robot again telling me I had to make an appointment through this link. Called customer service for the third time and instead of choosing the appointment option, I chose billing and actually got to speak to a real human being! The first and only time I dealt with a human during this saga. I asked the rep on the phone to cancel my transaction and refund my money. He tried to guilt me into staying by saying a provider would call me at 9:55pm that night?? I declined and asked either for my meds to be shipped right then and there or refund my money. The rep then said that I just wanted to start "injecting myself" and needed to speak with these non-existent providers first. Again I asked for my money back and he said he put in for the refund which I can see pending on my account. In summary they will take your money gladly and think they can just keep it without providing any meds or services. I'm sure they are counting on people getting frustrated with not being able to get an appointment and give up while pocketing the money. "Customer Service" is 99.9% AI and it is almost impossible to speak to a human being. Even their responses on here to complaints look AI generated. Take your money elsewhere, the cheap price is not worth the three days of 45 minute phone calls!!

They pulled the $129 and the $19.99. I sent all my documentation of my current prescription which is 15 mg of trizepatide and all my lab results to only have them sending me 11mg. Consultation with the provider gets on says he doesn’t have any of my intake info or prescription verification yet on my profile in the document section everything shows that it is there. Try to schedule appointment with provider to get dosage changed and am told there are no appointments available. Will not recommend this company to anyone. Nothing but a scam is how I am feeling. And refuse to give refunds my order was showing processing and I was told en email was sent to pharmacy to cancel order and get refunded to give them 48 hours and call back yet when I called back like was told to do I was told the order has already shipped so now I get an order with the wrong dosage!😡😡😡😡
