I’m sorry we’ve made this such a frustrating experience. You deserved much better communication and follow-through. Having five missed appointments, making multiple calls, and still not getting the call you were promised is incredibly frustrating. I can understand why you’re upset and why you’re now asking for a refund. You shouldn’t have had to keep calling just to get someone to follow up.
