So far so good! Tirzepatide had me lose 81 pounds I completed my goal at 70 pounds and I went down 8-10 dress sizes (right between) down from 40DD to a 34DD. I am beyond happy with my results to where I’m able to skip a week and stay on for maintenance. I have only 1 side effect which is constipation. I take colace softener and when I feel I need to go and need help I use a mild laxative
