Is Embody even a real company? After the first 30 days, i actually gained 1-2 pounds. Second delivery shipped 8/20....will be delivered on /8.25! This was sent as an overnight delivery. GLPS are temperature sensitive so when i do finally get this item, tomorrow, it will be no good. Two calls to their CS. First call basically blew me off the phone an told me a supervisor would get back to me, and nothing. No call Back. I called again next day, 50 minutes on a call with rep. 50 minutes. Conclusion. Nothing. Was told a medical consultant would call me back to tell me if i could still use this med that's been in the scorching heat for 6 days. No call back from that person. Is this a real company??? For two doses, ive paid a total of $160 and i am no further along than before i signed up with them. Waht a joke of a "company". Comments after reply from Embody. I find it absolutely amazing of your Fast response to a negative, public review and yet the two return calls i was promised to get, i never did. The two calls into your customer serve department no resolution. First call the person was really not a person to even take calls for any company, imo.

Hi! I am on a tricepatide compound for 2 weeks now. I had a question about my dosage, made an appointment with the doctor, and the doctor never showed up. I waited forty two minutes and hung up. I call customer service, and was told a nurse would get back to me within twenty four hours. That did not happen. Last, I received a text apologizing perfusely. The text stated that they could help scheduling an appt. I let them know when I was available for an appointment I never heard another word. Customer service and caring about their customers are not there their strong suit!!

This company is getting a one star because it’s making me put a star to continue. I signed up for this company and it took less than 10 minutes for them to take the money from my account. However they never sent a link for me to schedule an appointment after me calling multiple times every day I kept being told you’ll hear something in 24 to 48 hours, however that never happened finally when sent a Thing to schedule the appointment. There were no appointments available until December after calling multiple times to report that concern, I finally was offered an appointment for today and here it is an hour past my appointment with no phone call from them and their customer service just says well we’re doing everything we can. Please be patient and wait another 24 to 72 hours. I requested a refund of my money and was told I should get an email in 48 hours, but no guarantee as to when I will receive my money.

One star because I can't do less than that. RUN AS FAST AS POSSIBLE! This is a massive scam and a good reminder for "What sounds too goo to be true, usually is". Paid $438 for 6 months supply, was supposed to be contacted about the appointment within 48-72 hours. That didn't happen, so I called them. The first time I was told that a provider would call me at 9:00 the next morning. Didn't happen. Second time I called in, I was told that the first person was wrong and that I needed to wait another 24 hours for an appointment. Ok. That didn't happen. I called a third time and was told, "So sorry, I have made an appointment for you for the next day.", I got a confirmation of that appointment but SURPRISE...it wasn't for the next day, it was for 7 days later. So I called to get clarification and honestly, I'm not doing business with people that lie to me so I called to cancel. Was given a massive run around and initially was told that I would not be refunded. It wasn't until I read the Embody refund policy directly from their user agreement to the agent did he change his story and that he could issue a refund, but only a partial refund. So, long story short I still only got refunded for 5 of the 6th months I paid for. I will never get the 6th month worth of medication which means they robbed me for $79.

I signed up and they took payment on the 11th of August. My medicine was approved I waited and waited and then on the 18th there was another approval for the same medicine and I waited and started complaining on their chat feature and finally on Thursday the 20th there was a text message saying they were shipping the medicine and gave me a link I open the link to FedEx and there has been a label created but it says they are still waiting on my package so it has not shipped. They took my money on the 11th and I still have no clue when I will get my medicine I ran out of the medicine that I had and don't have any for this week. No one can give me a straight answer everyone is giving me the runaround.

Provider prescribed wrong dosage, tried to get it fixed before shipped, support was awful never received call back as promised, cant get refund, long wait times when you call, chat broken, emails unanswered

Horrible. I received an empty vial on my second month. Despite providing the proof asked for, I was neither given a replacement or a refund. I was never contacted initially, only responded to when I initiated contact. It took them two weeks to finally tell me they were not going to fix the problem. I had $125 stolen from me by this company.

DO NOT order from this company. The medication that they offer is not the same as other companies, it is a blend of Trizepetide and B12 and not as strong. I placed my order on August 14th and was charged before I was even approved. It's now the 24th and my medication STILL has not shipped and customer service doesn't care. You get what you pay for!!!!
