Helpful nurse who answered a question I had about a substance added to my injections

The lady was very nice, explained everything

I love the way to called me to questions history

I honestly was at my wits end because of the hassles I went thru for three weeks or so trying to be heard by customer service. I hope I am finally getting the results I needed. I think more training needs to be done with the support team on how things needed to be accomplished without causing the customer to turn angry. I was really hoping I could complete program, but it is not an option at this time because of the sickness I endured during my time in the program.
