I ordered this and then found out it had other ingredients that I’m allergic to, I called within 2 hours of placing my order, it wasn’t even processed yet, they refused to refund me and I explained that the synthetic B12 they put in the tirzepitide gives me an extreme all over body rash. They told me no refunds and to discard the bottle when I get it, so I’m out $150.00
The Tirzpepitide came today and it is the brightest red color ever. It should be clear like water. This is not good.. Mot a good company and horrible customer service. They are a big scam. Do not buy!

We’re very sorry for the frustration and concern this experience caused, especially after you contacted us so soon after placing your order to explain your allergy concerns. We understand how upsetting it would be to learn that the medication contained an ingredient you’re allergic to and then feel you weren’t given the support or resolution you expected.
We take concerns about medication ingredients and possible allergic reactions very seriously. We’d appreciate the opportunity to review your order, the ingredients provided, and the communication around your refund request so we can better understand what happened.

Gave me grief about getting clearance…
Gave me grief about getting clearance from my OB due to having a baby who will be 6 months in a week. I asked for an exception after being on a GLP 1 before and letting them know that I'm not breastfeeding or having any post partum issues (and likely won't experience any within the next 7 days). The provider put me on hold and never came back to the phone. The issue is, I was already approved and had I known this would happen, I would have chosen another company. I literally chose embody because of the good reviews and the ease of getting on the medication per existing clients.

We’re sorry for the frustration you experienced, especially after being approved and choosing us based on the convenience and positive experiences you expected. We understand how disappointing it must have been to be placed on hold and not receive the follow-up you were expecting, particularly when you were trying to clarify your situation before moving forward.
We apologize that the process was not as smooth or clear as you anticipated. Your experience and feedback are important to us, and we’d appreciate the opportunity to review what happened and see how we can better assist you.

Embody lies
I made my first order 08/17/26. I was charged right the next day. Their website states you don’t get charged until they ship your order. Today 08/26/26 I decided to call because online it still shows the same “processing”. I decided to call rep said I was supposed to upload my RX. How am I supposed to know that??? I don’t have one supposedly he scheduled a virtual appt for today 2:30pm. So I was lied to about having an appt?? It’s 5pm no one called me. I got an email so that I could schedule an “appt” closest date is Sept 22nd! I’m just going to cancel everything at this point. It’s ridiculous. They advertise as easy and fast ordering. Oh and I also emailed them last week and never received a response.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever.
Let me start off by saying I thought I was requesting a microdose due to only wanting to lose 7 pounds. Was prescribed a full strength GLP-1 which should have been my red flag from the start.
The product took 2-3 weeks to arrive. The dosage I was prescribed was 37.5 units which I again questioned and was reluctant to take but after waiting for a response from customer service for over 4 days I decided to just do it: BIG mistake! I literally thought I was dying almost ended up in the ER. After about 3 days I started to feel better and contacted the company yet again to request a refund. Answer was NO. So I again requested a physician appointment. I provided a time I was available which I never heard from them. They keep emailing me telling me to provide a time for an appointment. I got fed up waiting so I reached out again to demand a refund and it wasn’t until I told them how violently ill I got and pointed out that the base states money back guarantee: I continue to get generic emails about an appointment.
Bottom line—-STAY AWAY. They are a dangerous company and only after your money: zero customer service.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and, most importantly, that you became so unwell after taking the medication. We understand how frightening that must have been, and we take your concerns about your dosage, the delay in communication, and your attempts to reach a physician very seriously.
We’re also sorry that you felt you had to repeatedly follow up just to receive assistance. This is not the level of support we want our patients to experience. We’d appreciate the opportunity to review your case and address your concerns directly.

It took over a week to get a response…
It took over a week to get a response after joining but they deducted the amount from my bank immediately! Sent me the wrong dosage of the medication and now I can’t get a response back. Customer support never answers and neither do emails. Poor company.

We’re very sorry for the delay in getting back to you, as well as the frustration caused by receiving a dosage that you believe was incorrect and not being able to reach our support team. We understand how concerning this can be, especially when it involves your medication.
We’d really like the opportunity to review what happened and address your concerns properly.

1 STAR — PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING UP WITH EMBODY
I rarely leave reviews like this, but I feel it is important to document my experience with Embody because I wish I had researched customer experiences more thoroughly before giving this company my money.
My payment was taken on August 13, 2026.
After waiting for my medication to ship, I contacted Embody because there had been no movement on my order. I was initially told that my order was still waiting for physician approval.
The problem? I already had documentation from August 13 showing that a physician had approved my medication.
After I questioned this and provided that information, the story surrounding my order continued to change.
Eventually, shipping labels were created. In fact, I ended up with three different tracking numbers associated with this order. However, creating a shipping label is NOT the same thing as actually shipping a package.
I repeatedly checked the tracking information. All three tracking numbers continued to show that the carrier was waiting to receive the package. In other words, the labels existed, but the packages had not actually been handed over to the carrier.
On August 26, I spent more than 30 minutes on the phone with Embody customer service trying to get this resolved. I still did not receive a satisfactory resolution.
Then I received an email from Embody stating that my order had been “dispatched for delivery” and that it had been processed by California Quality Pharmacy on August 22.
Again, I checked the carrier tracking.
The carrier was still waiting to receive the package.
This distinction matters. Printing a shipping label or processing an order internally does not mean a package has actually been tendered to the carrier.
At this point, after the delays, conflicting information, multiple tracking numbers without carrier possession, repeated communication with customer service, and the amount of time I had already spent trying to get a straightforward answer, I no longer wanted the medication or a relationship with this company.
I requested that my order NOT be shipped and that my membership/subscription be CANCELED.
Unfortunately, even canceling has become unnecessarily difficult. I have clearly communicated that I no longer want to do business with Embody, yet I have had to continue going back and forth simply to get the company to honor my cancellation request.
I have now disputed the transaction with my financial institution and am documenting everything, including emails, dates, tracking numbers, screenshots of the carrier status, and my attempts to cancel.
What is particularly frustrating is that this medication is taken on a schedule. Customers are relying on the company to process and ship medication within a reasonable timeframe. This isn’t an ordinary online purchase where a delayed package is simply inconvenient.
I understand that delays happen. My issue is how the delay was handled.
If Embody had simply communicated honestly that there was a delay and provided an accurate timeframe, this review might be very different. Instead, I received conflicting information, had to repeatedly contact customer service, was initially told physician approval was still needed despite already having documentation of approval, received multiple shipping labels without the carrier actually receiving the package, and was subsequently told the medication had been “dispatched” while the carrier tracking continued to indicate otherwise.
And after all of that, I am now having difficulty simply ending my membership and doing no further business with the company.
The $10 credit I was offered toward my “next payment” is meaningless when I have already made it clear that there will not be a next payment because I am canceling my membership.
If you are considering Embody, I strongly recommend researching recent customer reviews first and understanding the company’s shipping, billing, and cancellation procedures before providing payment information.
I cannot recommend Embody based on my experience.
I will update this review if and when Embody provides written confirmation that my membership has been canceled and this matter has been completely resolved.
**UPDATE**
Embody still has not issued a refund for the product that was PAID for and canceled.
I received an email from Embody on 9/2 stating that my shipment was shipped on August 22nd, and they provided the tracking number. I tracked the package and it showed that it will provide more information once the carrier receives the package. (it was never shipped)
EMBODY IS SO FULL OF LIES! Do not waste your money… go to a reputable company. This is why their peptides are cheaper, but the service is cheap.

No body ever called me back
No body ever called me back. Horrible customer service. I made an appt with their RN about my dosage. Totally ignored. I would strongly recommend using another service! You can get the same price with another competitor.

We’re truly sorry that you scheduled an appointment to discuss your dosage and did not receive the support or follow-up you expected. We’d appreciate the opportunity to look into what happened and make this right.

THINK TWICE ABOUT EMBODY
The following is a letter I wrote to them after I had just absolutely had it and to no avail I never got any response except for generic emails stating they had my money in as soon as it was time to send my meds out again they would. And I was without them for 3 weeks- if not now then when?
The backstory is this: I microdose because my BMI isn't what it needs to be for insurance to pay. I think your BMI needs to be 30 and mine was 24. Anyway they said no problem we have a compounding pharmacy we send our microdosing prescriptions to down in Texas. We do this all the time no worries...
AND THEN ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE AS YOU CAN SEE! I sent this letter to the company, addressed it to the doctor I saw, and obviously the pharmacist below.
Subject: CLINICAL FAILURE / LOSS OF EFFICACY: Prescription Refill and Refund Request for LMM
Dear Dr. #@$&?!,
I am writing to address a severe formulation failure regarding my recent GLP-1 prescription, which was compressed into an ultra-concentrated, 10-unit volume. As a fellow compounding pharmacist, I am instructing you to bypass your standard patient response. Do not look at your log sheets and tell me that the correct mass of the peptide is in the vial. We need to discuss the physical volume-dependent absorption kinetics of the product you dispensed.
By forcing the dose into a minute, 10-unit (0.1 mL) volume, you have fundamentally altered how this peptide absorbs under the skin, rendering it clinically ineffective.
A 10-unit subcutaneous injection fails to generate the mechanical interstitial pressure required for convective bulk flow. Without this pressure to expand tissue planes, the drug cannot spread. It forms a tight, concentrated bead with an incredibly low surface-area-to-volume ratio.
Because the surface area exposing the drug to surrounding capillaries is so drastically reduced, systemic absorption is severely delayed. This leaves the concentrated peptide pool stagnant at the injection site, exposing it to prolonged local enzymatic degradation by tissue peptidases. The drug is being chewed up and deactivated under the skin before it can ever reach lymphatic uptake.
My previous 50-unit (0.5 mL) formulation provided the necessary vehicle volume to drive rapid interstitial diffusion, overwhelm local enzymes, and ensure uniform absorption. Your 10-unit shortcut has turned a fast-absorbing peptide into a stagnant, degrading depot.
Because this batch is clinically useless and has caused a major health setback, I am requesting an immediate full refund. Furthermore, I expect all future refills to be compounded strictly to my fluid, 50-unit specifications.
If your facility lacks the necessary formulation protocols to properly handle peptide volume accuracy, please let me, AND EMBODY, know immediately so I can permanently transfer my scripts.
I expect a prompt response regarding the processing of my refund.
Sincerely,
LMM
