Inaccurate notifications customer support guy doesn’t understand basic communication smart elect email responses instead of simple answers
I have to say this. The medication so far seems to be fine. However I have called twice to discuss an issue with customer service and both times I got a man who refused to listen to a single word I said. I got a notification saying my monthly agreement would automatically be changed to a three month plan. I called to see what was going on. I read the email to the guy told him I did not want this I never agreed to this and wanted to know what was going on. He didn’t understand a single thing I said despite my very clear and direct communication and changed it to the three months even though I specifically told him I did not agree nor do I now agree to pay that I even told him I am not in a position financially to pay three months in advance. Then he proceeds to make me an appointment with the provider and contacted the pharmacy to call me. SMH. Are you serious right now. Why are you making everyone’s job harder. I had to jump through so many hoops to try to get this corrected. Cancel the appointment because I didn’t want to waste the providers time answering customer service issues. They tried to charge me almost three hundred dollars sent an email saying it didn’t go through that my request to go to three months only needed me to correct the payment I replied explaining I DID NOT agree to this and the customer service representative is the one who did this despite me specifically telling him not to do that. I said I got this taken care of thank you. Then a few days later I call in to make a payment get the same guy. He does not listen at all. I tell him I need him to let me know before he proceeds with my payment so it doesn’t decline. I have to move it from my savings. He said ok that’s fine I won’t process it yet literally said those words exactly puts me on hold to allegedly verify something and tried to process it anyways. SMH I was so irritated I just hung up and called right back to get a normal person on the line. She was amazing and was able to fix it and take my payment she kept apologizing for him but it had nothing to do with her. He is the ONLY person I have ever had any issues with it’s almost like he is trying to purposefully sabotage there company I have to call two days later because I keep getting this same payment coming out. Finally it is fixed and my medication is sent to the pharmacy. Then I get a notification saying my medication is being processed ok no problem a few days later I get a notification it has shipped. It was a Friday so I’m thinking I need to make sure I’m home and get it out of the summer sun. It doesn’t come so Monday I email them and ask about it the response I get is I can see your paying close attention to your order but it can take seven to ten business days and it is still processing at the pharmacy. SMH I do not need the aww your checking tracking line with a corporate answer it takes this long. Any reasonable person with since would see that there temperature sensitive medication has shipped and be looking for it to come. Shipped and processed is not the same. The smart elect unnecessary emails and the customer support guy who doesn’t understand anything along with multi customer care people emailing me on the same issue at once is so unnecessary. All she had to do was say I apologize for the confusing notification your medication had not shipped actually it is still processing the label was created but ups does not have it yet. That’s it. I’m seriously considering going somewhere else. Because i already have enough to deal with in the daily work grind. The last thing i want to do is repeat myself or chase down shipments that haven’t even actually been shipped. Nor do i need the cute snide remarks. I’m not rushing you and I'm not keeping a close eye on anything. You said shipped and it didn’t ship so I asked you what’s going on. Just answer it and move along. I would highly consider hiring some customer support that understands what is being clearly communicated and maybe teach them to not be smart with there customers over simple questions due to inaccurate notifications that are being sent. When I initially signed up for this program my entire order got delayed for weeks. So I was paying for the second month before I even took my second dose of the first month. That was a whole different situation that I had to jump through multiple hoops with. So if after this month they do better I will stay and update my review accordingly. However so far this has been the experience I am having. Good luck.

We’re sorry to hear about the repeated communication and notification issues you experienced. We also apologize for the difficulty you encountered when trying to get a straightforward answer from customer support and for the repeated need to explain your situation. We appreciate you recognizing that the medication itself has been fine, while also pointing out areas where our communication and processes fell short. Your feedback regarding clearer notifications, better-trained representatives, and more consistent communication is valuable.
