Being new to the program, I wasn't sure what to expect with regard to my next shipment and I wanted to understand the process before it was too late to make any adjustments. Norman called me and assured me of the process, told me to save him number in my phone and to call any time I had any questions at all. This is a good way to start my Embody journey. Lets hope the positivity continues!
