DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. DOESN'T FOLLOW THROUGH ON THEIR OWN POLICIES. I WAS SUPPOSED TO HEAR BACK FROM THEM IN 24 HOURS. IT WAS OVER 48 HOURS AND REACHED OUT AND FINALLY THEY SENT ME A LINK TO SCHEUDLE AN APPT. THAT WOULD OF BEEN GREAT IF THEY WOULD OF GIVEN ME THAT IN THE BEGINNING. THEN I WAITED 45 MIN FOR A SCHEDULED CALL. NEVER CALLED. WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY.

Beware, they charge my card for years of service then told me they could not find my account nor was I setup with any type of account. KEEP RECORDS! THIS IS SCAM!

On August 14, I completed the online questionnaire and paid for tirzepatide. No contact with a doctor. After a few days, I started asking where my medication was. No satisfactory, only automated responses until Aug 24 when I finally talked to someone alive and breathing who said: first that after medical review, I was not eligible (they had taken my money on the 14th no problem), then that she could arrange a visit with the provider for the next day. On 8/25 I talked to a provider who told me that the problem was that I hadn't specified what dose I was already taking in the questionnaire. It took 10 days of me hunting them down to find out they were missing information that no one thought of asking me for. I told her I was on 17 mg per ml and she said they don't go up as high as that ever. I said just send whatever. I was told the medication would arrive soon.Again the days passed with me asking where it was and I got automatic emails every day saying they were actively working with the pharmacy on my delivery. Lo and behold, this morning it arrived. No notification from anyone. The box with the medication that requires refrigeration could have sat out there for hours had I not opened the door just because. In short, customer service could hardly be worse and of course, I already cancelled my subscription. By the way, the vial says 17mg/ml.

*Update* The response from Embody is laughable. Contact patient support with my contact info for escalation? I have done that 5 times!! If you are reading this - YOU contact ME! You have my name - look me up!* I received the wrong dosage from the pharmacy. I was prescribed 2.4mg and received 4mg. I was extremely sick with vomiting and headache for 4 days, nearly went to the hospital. I have called, emailed, and used the chat bot with Embody 5 times since 8/11. Every time I am told a clinician will contact me within 24-48 hrs. I have yet to receive a return phone call. It has been three weeks. Now I am receiving reminders to refill my prescription and I don't know what the correct dosage should be. Horrible patient care!

Unfortunately, my experience has been awful. The initial sign up was fine, I got approved and told that meds had shipped. Fedex was delayed and my meds showed up warm six days later. I called customer support right away and let them know. They said they would reach out to the pharmacy and asked that I file a claim with Fedex. Fedex denied my claim. I reached back out to customer support as I had not heard anything a week later. I was told they were still trying to reach the pharmacy. Another week passed and then another, still trying to reach the pharmacy. At this point, I asked for a refund and was told no. I then requested to cancel everything with them. Now four weeks later, they charged me again and I rec'd another package from Fedex with the next month of doses. I never started any of the meds as I was told to discard them since they were no longer viable after being in the heat that many days. Customer support has no idea what is going on and clearly does not have direct communication with the pharmacy. Beware!!

I placed an order and needed a clearance letter from my normal dr. I sent it to them. Had another visit with their dr to confirm and have product shipped. Then I upgraded product since it was still in processing stage. I never received it. Called multiple times, was hung up on, put on hold for 45 minutes to over an hour on other calls. Always promised a call back within 1 to 2 days. Never received a call or response to my emails and never received my shipment.

I ordered my tirzepatide on Sunday. Read other reviews that seemed overall positive. The first red flag should’ve been the price that it was a sale for the medication for $129. However after going through the questionnaire and getting to the price, it was $149. I wasn’t going to get it because it was false advertising, but one of the support agents texted me about why I didn’t follow through. I told her about the pricing and then she sends me a link with the monthly price of $129. I order the medication. I received a text that the provider would follow up with me with 24 hours. 24 hours passed and I didn’t hear anything. So I reach out to the support agent would said that my medication is being processed through the pharmacy and gave me a tracking link. So I still didn’t see any notes or anything from the doctor. I reached out to another support agent who said there was no prescription for me and that they needed to schedule an appt with the doctor and the next available appt was 9/8 and after they had the appt with me it would take another 7-10 days to get medication. Again false advertising. I told the agent to refund my money and cancel my order. Everything about this company is a lie. In order to even get the special pricing you have to pay a membership upfront in order to get the low price. If monthly it’s higher. I wouldn’t go here because of the lies. And now I don’t feel the positive reviews are real ppl either. Just be cautious if ordering anything from them.

Singing up was easy, and my first dose was sent quickly. My second dose arrived cracked in half. I called and they apologized, ensured me it would be resolved within 24 hours, and asked for pictures, which I sent right away. They then asked me for more picture proof, I sent that right away. I have received no acknowledgement. Two days after my missed dose I called again and they asked me to send the pictures again. At this point I cancelled and asked for my money back. I’ll update this if they actually refund the money but my hopes are not high. My mom started her subscription at the same time. Her second vial has now been delayed by five days, it has not even been shipped yet. So she is now also two days past her dose. They sure charged her on time though! Update: they were real quick to respond on here, but still haven’t answered my emails to actually handle the problem
