It’s cheap enough, but here it is 5 days and I’m still getting the message my medicine is delayed. It’s also telling me how many more days until I have to pay again. Shouldn’t this not count down until the meds have been shipped/delivered? This is making it seem like it’s a scam.

The medication has worked no complaints there. My issue is with their customer service. The phone representatives are rude & the providers short.

My first attempt to connect I got disconnected. I could not get anyone on the chat to help for several minutes. I rescheduled but am not getting an email with the "Join" link

If you are switching to get your medication here. Don't use the chat! They said they would give me the right dose and I uploaded my medication with the dose, but still they sent a way lower dose. I messaged when I saw they did that and they said someone would reach out to me and no one did and the medication was sent. I then talked to a live person who was very kind and helpful and got me my correct dose! It's very affordable too!

I ordered GLP'S and paidv$79. I received a package with instructions, syringes but no vial of the medication. I called and emailed numerous people in their customer service who promised some response that never came to a clear answer. This when on for weeks. I sent pictures etc. I think it may be a scam or just bad management or systems. As a former quality control professional horrible customer concern management and recovery. Of course I canceled my subscription but am out $79. Since I complained I did receive the vial I paid for.

Had video appointment for 10:10 am. Supposed to send link a couple of minutes before chat starts. She called me, thank God because they sent link after 8 pm

I have not loss weight.. a pound for a month is like water weight only.

Made my first 3 month order. Been emailed daily that the order is experiencing pharmacy delays. Felt like I got duped in the initial order. They made it sound like I was getting 3 months for the intro rate, and not the 1 month ÷ additional 2 months. But this was me not being quick witted. After reading ALL THESE reviews I completely regret my choice to use embody. Please ship my order and ship it correctly.
