Provider was absolutely professional, thorough, and efficient. however, my correspondence prior my appointment was less than stellar, with lack of response close to a month after ordering and paying, and only after I repeatedly sought help of next steps, via email and chat on the portal website, following my response to requesting a prescription when it was not needed to begin with. The appointment with the Provider Lori saved this sale, otherwise I would have cancelled my already paid in full year subscription.

Dane was kind, and very informative. He spoke clearly and that made me confident in what he was saying. I appreciate him being there through my journey, ready and willing to provide support.

Joe was very informative and gave me personal tips and informed me of my steps. That helps when you don’t have any guidance

Excellent customer service

Call was made promptly. Answered what questions I had and also is setting me up to speak with more of a diet coach also. Jayvee was also very polite and helpful

So far over the phone visit was great just awaiting meds & will see from there
