This visit was fantastic. However, it was my third attempt at the initial appointment. The other two I was on, but not expert logged in. I was very frustrated and irritated. Joleen was wonderful and helpful.

First time using GLP-1 through embody. There were a few issues in the beginning with delivering medication on time, but Patrick was wonderful helping me out with escalating my prescriptions. He answers all my questions and listens to me if I have any concerns.
